Poor service. More staff absent every day.

The Koyambedu branch doesn't deserve a single star. The branch manager is completely unaware of the procedures and is almost always on her mobile phone. But she makes it difficult for the customers and I really doubt if shes qualified to be the Manager of a branch. There is no transparency and accountability, it's a daunting task to claim the money that we are entitled to. Pls do not open an account in this branch.

Really this branch service is very bad... Cause they're not following the cue line and queries shortly... That branch seems they're not updated digitalized... I never expected this kind of service from Indian Bank... Whenever you are gone there always seems rushed... And mainly cleaning isn't followed well...

Worst experience i had ever is there any particular timeing for opeing a saveing account like Gud time are bad time ??? The asstain manager asking why u comeing at this time i had a medical check came late i come able to come on my convinced time ? ???

I had a bad experience in this bank. Staff take brake more than one hour while the customers are waiting there..

Cant even worth for one star....very very bad experience... staffs working were thinking that they are working in swizz bank🤣
