This place is located right at the heart of new market on the new empire cinema building . Well maintained ,neat and clean . The staffs are courteous and keep attending the guests. Service is quick . Men can sit down alone or with friends and chill in this resto bar while the females can go do their shopping in new market .😁

Once you must visit and i like the setup and good food. They got hookah too and happy hours on beer. ..go for it ...and disco bar ...great music with lights😍🤩

One of the oldest bar in the Kolkata I guess. The Ambience is just awesome. OMG the employee's here are just super awesome. The way they treat you, you feel super comfortable. Such a cool place to hangout with friends... Reasonable prices...

Good and reasonably priced place, very nice staff. The food department needs a little help, but the best thing (apart from the drinks) about this place is the innovative takes on movie posters. One can enjoy witty and intelligently designed movie posters (I have posted a few examples)

Nice ambience, Live music system, dim lights, beautiful concept of lamps, friendly staff, responsible in their own, checks IDs n age limit. Loved it.

This restaurant is really great. Ambience is very good. The staff is very cordial and polite. The restaurant is renovated 7 months back and the new ambience is great. The food is really good. The restaurant charges are also very economical and reasonable. There is a smoking area as well outside.

Great ambiance. Specially thai dishes are great and excellent. Price is ok. There is an arrangement of music and home theatre. Special discount for couples.
Some exotic dishes are JASMINE FRIED RICE, KIMCHI FRIED RICE and HAWKERS STYLE HAWKKA NOODLES. all come in veg non veg and mixed manner.

I used to go there with friends when I was unemployed....Its a great bar with cheap booze along with a deliciulous non veg menu...Though I dnt know whether music is played in the bar or not..... never heard it during my visits...But its good....Good ambience good staff (unlike ollypub which has douchebags) and connectivity to the bar is good...well.....recommend plebians to go there...

Built as a theatre, built by the British. Frankly a movie hall like no other. 'Twas primed for the elite in the pre-multiplex era. Unheard of, a cinema hall with all the bells and whistles including a bar which is said to be one of the first in the country exudes a romance that only the Brits could dream of. I really really like the olde worlde charm about it no modern era multiplex can boast of. Formerly a home of only Warner Bros. pictures and later all English movies and lately inclusion of Indian films proves its decadent value. My note to the owners- Please restore this gem to its former glory. And the 'Empire' will strike back. Love.

Good ambience, good selection of beverages to choose from and decent food. Combined with good service this place really is very enjoyable.
