Worst staffs and manager... Staffs is not doing services to customer..... Simple come branch doing is 10 to 10.10a.m own work nd go to lunch take 2 hours time.... Customer ask any question staffs said go and check internet banking..... Passbook entry lots of time machine is not working sir... But machine is working staffs tell this one..... Staffs treated customer like a dog..... Assistant one lady is there.... She is a indian bank owner.... I think she treated every customer...Not respect .Totally this branch staffs is waste fellow. BC is simple waste Bc is machine also not working branch inside bc wat is doing .. Manager give a seat for Business Corresponding...

I'd rather give a ZERO. Worstest and inhuman customer service. Rude n down-right cruel employees. No empathy. These ppl better need not serve in the banking sector. Wondering If their treatment of the Urban Educated populace is as such, can't even imagine the poor distressed ppl's apathetic situation. Pls get a life ppl! Don't ever invest or relate yourself to this branch of the bank in any way possible. I don't know what's situation in other branches of 'Indian Bank' but for sure, this particular branch is ruining the entire fame of the tradition old 'Indian Bank'.

Very tragic experience. The worker are not working and doing their own work during work hours. Cashier close the cash counter at 3:30 pm itself (While other bank close at 4pm). They make us to wait for long time for simple reasons. If we complain to manager, he(The manager) is just convincing us and not making the employee to work. Don't go to this bank, they waste our time. Worst experience. I kindly request head branch of INDIAN BANK PUDUCHERRY to kindly take action on this bank or close this branch. They workers are very harsh to illiterate people. I attach the photo what they pasted inside and outside bank.

If you are from another branch, they will not do any favor to us, even they will not do favor to their branch account holders properly

Worst customer service. Staffs are not friendly to the customers. Not even responding to the customers. Waiting time is so long even for few customers. Very harsh behavior to the customers.
