I am a former student of St. Agnes Convent School Howrah, where I spent 15 years of my life. This school was more than just an educational institution for me; it was a second home where the teachers were like mothers to us. They cared for us, supported us, and guided us through our academic and personal challenges. They were like pillars of strength that helped us grow and prepare for the world outside. They taught us how to soar high in the sky like birds, with confidence and courage.

It's been 9yrs my daughter is studying and she has become a very obedient and well mannered girl...having interest in her studies as well as other activities. We are indebted to all the teachers, sisters and staffs for their contributions for the well being of our children.

My cousins are ex student of this school and now my daughter is studing here.. As per my experience, this is the best school for girls.
Teachers here are very well mannered,disciplined and knowledgeable.
I am an ex student of Don Bosco Liluah and I found too much similarities in teaching process of both these schools.
Moreover both these schools teach ethics, humanity and many other valuable things out of the book.
Regarding donation for admission, I have paid ZERO money.
I don't know what other people have to say, but I have never heard anyone in my close paying anything here for their daughter's admission.

I am extremely happy and satisfied after admitting my daughter in St. Agnes' Convent School! This is an 142 years old Catholic Missionary School which was established way back in 1880! This is a good place for study. Along side they teach discipline and how to honour and respect others. And above all, I can see happiness on my daughter's face which is unquestionably the most connecting part for me about this school.

I studied in this school from Class KG to Class 10 and passed out in 1998. It was an excellent school back then and still is. I don't go into this school but pass by it every morning in car to reach the place from where I board the bus to office.

Best place to get your child admitted.

I've studied in this school. This is one of the best schools for girls in Howrah. Faculty members are very knowledgeable and polite. Infrastructure is also very good.

I am an ex-student of AGCS and have a special attachment to the school and its teachers. Though most of the teachers who guided me have retired, yet it remains one of the best in Howrah and Kolkata in terms of infrastructure, personality development, board exam results and overall development of the girl child. Apart from the gate keeper and sweeper, all other staff are of the female gender. I would suggest changing the gate keeper and sweeper to female staff as well since it is a girls' school. Kids from the age of 5 are admitted here and classes are held from KG to X. The school has a small basket ball ground, chapel, auditorium, computer rooms and everything necessary for good grooming of a child.

The best school not only in Howrah but also Kolkata. I am proud to be an Agnesian. The ambience is great here. Teachers are like our mothers.Apart from academics other co-curricular activities are also well taken care off.

Best school in Kolkata for girls. Really proud to be an Agnesian. It is the most esteemed school and well known for its discipline and good scoring record in ICSE. Teachers are more like mothers. I simply love my school a lot and it is my second HOME!!!

There is a great miracle of the teachers and the administration as they have been converting a useless glass piece to a precious diamonds from the time immemorial.
I write it here because I am a witness of the facts for last 50 years.
Being an Ex-Fighter Pilot and a senior faculty of Math, I truly and honestly declare that it is not enough if I praise their activities a lot.
Their activities, their discipline and their feeling for their students force me to hold the pen to write here about the truth.
I observe that they are very keen to perform their duties perfectly and heartily, without caring the advertisement regarding themselves.
Out of that they are highly qualified and well trained as a teacher and their heart is fit for this job by their birth.
I bend my head before them for their activities, though I am a retired faculty of Math.

This is by far the best and oldest missionary school in Howrah. Teaching is really good and the teachers are like your parents. Not only studies co curricular activities are also paid great attention. Every month comes out with a new event. On the whole I am proud to be an agnesian.
