Dr Kaustav Basu vet

Dr Kaustav Basu is my dog's vet from the start. He is very caring. He has always responded on emergency, be it midnight or any time of the day. Because of him, my dog had a very safe and calming experience in getting the vaccines.

I would recommend everyone to this God sent doctor for these fur babies. He's not only genuinely concerned about them but also is an amazing human being. I've seen a lots of vets and he's the biggest exception. He tells you clearly what's necessary and what not and even checks on these babies to make sure they're okay.

Great and extremely compassionate Doctor. He is loved by all my pets and he understands their temper and moods so well. My entire family is grateful to him.

As first time pet owners we were clueless about the do's and don'ts of pet ownership but Dr. Basu guided us with his expertise. He always answers even the silliest of our queries with politeness and kindness. His dedication towards his profession is unparalleled. Even when he is away from town, he is always available over calls. To put it simply, Dr. Basu has been an absolute Godsend for us.

i have known dr. kaustav basu since 2022 and sir takes care of my three pet friends but for me the year 2023 was the time where god had shaped another god like sir kaustav basu for my pets for the last 6 to 7 months my three pets are sufferring from regularr diseases and sir is helping them consistently and every time ...we are having a memorable experience this year as sir just gave my dieing fond lab a new life here it is too short too explain but my fond lab was suffering from pancreatitis at a time my lab was on the verge dieing but thanks to his team and sir that they together provided service to us till midnight and sir gave my pet a new life ..... Thank you sir for your help every time when my pets were in deep trouble

Its a very good experience with Dr Kaustav Basu. I got his recommendation from Mr Avijit. Trust me best vet I have ever visited yet. Thank you for this. My baby was under medication for almost 5 months without any justification. We thought she needs to take at least 4-5 medicines a day and it will never end. Now post visiting Dr Basu she is currently fit and healthy without any medicine on daily basis. Thank you so much doctor and Mr Avijit. You both saved my baby.

Dr. Kaushik Basu is a very polite person. Attends to all the queries of patients. He is within our reach whenever needed. Had a chance to take his treatment through online consultation for my pet cat, 2 weeks ago. Since then the treatment is continuing. The cat had a very deep, severe injury behind the right ear. The wound was continuously bleeding, alongwith emitting a foul smell. Dr. Basu prescribed 6 injections, twice daily. However, I could only manage all injections only once in a day since the cat was going out randomly. Now giving him medicines, as prescribed by the vet.

He is a very good doctor and very helpful too.

I have known Dr. Basu for the last 12 years. He is the most competent and compassionate vet I have ever met. In a city of grossly incompetent, money-minded vets, Dr. Basu is a God-sent. He is an excellent diagnostician, which is a specially important skill in Kolkata where veterinary testing services are limited. His calm and collected composure is much needed by hyper clients like me. 5 stars are too less for a doctor like Kaustav Basu. He truly cares about animals and is so approachable and skilled.
