Pentacity Mall

Biggest mall in balikpapan so far. Plenty of store to look and shop to. The air-conditioning is also top notch even though the place always packed with people. Overall best place to hang out and shop or sight seeing!

One of the interesting places to visit if you are in Balikpapan. We love the experience to this mall. There is a wide selection of goods, toys, food and clothing, from regular to premium brands, as well as many playgrounds for children too. The cleanliness of the mall is also well maintained. This mall is also connected to hotels, apartments, water boom, and beach that have beautiful views.

Great mall, I rlly like how the layout and placement of each vendor, like you can find all the food merchants in the same floor, small thing but it's simple and easier, especially to ppl who visit the mall for the first the time.

Cheap but high quality uality stuff

Great modern air conditioned mall to shop or have a meal or snack and a coffee. There are kids play area and amusements on the top floor that is enough to keep them entertained for hours. On the same top floor is an excellent multi cinema showing the latest films. In addition there is adequate multi storey car parking with a sky bridge to link ewalk mall.

For me, Pentacity is the best mall in Balikpapan. It would be a shame if I have never been there. Firstly, Pentacity has a perfectly elegant vibe. The interior design is exquisite, it is luxurious but not extravagant. The lighting is just right, it’s bright enough to support the beautiful interior design. Walking around the mall made me feel what it felt like to be rich. Secondly, in Pentacity, there is so much to see, so much to do, and so much to buy. There’s a movie theater and a game arcade. You can watch a movie or play in the arcade with friends and family. It’s the perfect place to hang out. There’s plenty of stores too. From clothes to stationeries, all are sold with guaranteed quality. Lastly, my favorite part of this mall are the restaurants and drink stalls. The food and beverages that are sold are very hard to resist, I can’t help myself from buying every time I go there. In addition, they’re located in every corner! You don’t have to search around the mall when you’re hungry. Even if you spend a whole day in Pentacity, you’ll never get bored.

I never disappointed visiting this mall because it has wide variation of shops, restaurants, hotels, and prayer room. This mall is also innovative from time to time like offering cashless payment with their own app. Maybe the area in the lower ground (near Hypermart) needs to be cleaner so it will also attract some visitors' attention.

It's a mall,,, one of the big one in Balikpapan. It's huge, clean, cold, beautiful. That's it.

Huge parking area. Various restaurant and coffee shop. It has a movie theater, modern market store (hypermart) and clothing store. Also kids play area and kids store. One of good mall in this city. Not too crowded on weekend.

They have everything you need for shopping, groceries, restaurants, cinema, games center and general entertainment.

A lot of shops have closed down.

Air conditioning has been turned off in some parts of the mall making it uncomfortable to stay longer time inside.

Enough option for shopping place and restaurant to spend your day with comfortable toilets and praying room, and there are some exhibition event held at LG or FF level sometimes, and it worth to checked out.

There's new KKV and Uniqlo store added by the end of 2022.
