this ia strategic hotel, since stand near to shopping mall, cullinary, and only around 15 minutes from airport

Had a bit of a bad experience with food from the restaurant. I had diarrhea during my 4 day stay here. But, overall the room and facilities are okay!

Good place to stay in Balikpapan, overall service is top notch. The facilities around the hotel offer you some nice activities. If you are bored then you can just go to the Ewalk and Pentacity which located at the same location

I liked the simplicity of the room. my kid loves the fish in the lobby. breakfast is okay.

I can get anything around BSB. the last time I need some medicine, Pam clinic is right around.

I appreciate all the security/concierge guards, for always helping me with my kid’s stroller like 1000 times a day, even gave my kid balloons when she had tantrums in Ground floor.

My room upgraded with no additional charge... Very kind place to stay.. near by a lot of places to shop and hangout at e-walk and pentacity... Room keep cool till dawn even though the air conditioner was turned off.

Nice room, big and cozy. Not really clean for upscale hotel but they have delicious food at its restaurant. Swimming pool is quite big, there is jacuzzi also. We enjoyed our staycation there.

I cannot believe that I haven't make some reviews on this hotel. It is magnificent, nice hotel with top class services and facilities.. it's my second attempt to be here and same as the first, it is fabulous.. definitely I will search for the third to be here again in the future..
I love everything on this hotel except for the liquor advertisement.. I'm a moslem and I do not drink liquor..

Had to stay one night here due transit flight. This hotel is located in the malls so if you want to kill time for wandering around this hotel is the hotel you need. The room was no issues at all, very-very super spacious and only me in there. Got a good sleeps as tired with every day changing hotels from Balikpapan-Jakarta-Balikpapan. The only things that probably not that satisfying is the menu during breakfast. Just a simple and not that attractive selection of menu compares to 3 star hotel in Kuala Lumpur with the huge difference in price. Overall, good stay and experience of stay.

For the first time we visited this hotel we were Amazed by what we feel when we stayed. The room, hospitality, service and especially the food are great. But when we cake back after a 2 years we feel different don't know why feels not good.

Conventional hotel, spacey room, and perfect location above the mall. But need to improve on food a bit

It is easy to reach from the airport, just follow the main road to the west, and you won't miss it.
The hotel is located inside a large shopping block, just a walking distance to hangout and dining places or shopping area.
Rooms are great and comfortable, equipped with large TV screen that can be connected to your laptop, and decent internet connection.

I really enjoyed my time in this establishment, the staff were extremely accommodating and very professional, the hotel's 2 restaurants offered a wide range of local dishes as well as international food on thie menu, as well as drinks and a very large wine selection. I truly can't express any more how pleased I am with Hotel.

Luxury hotel in Balikpapan. Nice facilities. Staffs are friendly. Connected to shopping mall. Breakfast is ok. Location is ok, reachable by public transportation. Convention hall is ok with its facilities. The technician support well. Cleanness is ok

With a glamour restaurants, a good view from your room and the pool (the sea and the city) and clean room

This hotel has a very spacious ballroom. The hotel service is very satisfying, the toilets and prayer rooms are clean.

Nice room, it become one with the mall, i can watch movies too, the restaurant was nice and delicious, it has a live music using a traditional instrument too when breakfast time

Nice place to stay with family where we can enjoy the water boom, big shopping mall and can easily access food or good restaurant outside.

Good service. Large rooms. Very extensive selection for breakfast. Central location and attached to a mall. Plenty of dining and entertainment choices in the surrounding area.
