Best place for breakfast, the first time I visited this place, so crowded. You have to fast. The menu is worth it and giving new experience for me. The Mantao is buttery and fresh, eventhough no filling but the taste is good. The porridge is tasteful, and steam rice is taste good. You have to go this place if you’re visiting Balikpapan.

Nice place for breakfast. The mantaw is very soft and fluffy. We ordered porridge and yellow rice. Both are good as well.

The milk coffee is rather too sweet for me and the coffee was dark roasted.

The morning snacks worth to try. Cakwe, risol, lumpia.

Definitely will come back if have an opportunity to come back to Balikpapan.

I think this is the best food in town, good for breakfast. You guys should try “mie ayam pangsit” too, i recommend it 👍

With its originality taste, typical Chinese coffee stall and various menu provided, Mantaw Canton has been Balikpapan even outsiders favorite place to have breakfast and even lunch. They provide coffee, porridge, bakpau, mantaw, even many type of food like hainan rice or steam rice, staffs are helpful and the foods are amazing!

Great place for enjoying morning with mantaw and a cup of coffee. Its mantaw is not to big not to small and the meat is juicy. A lot of gorengan too. Come here if you visit Balikpapan!

If i have a chance to visit Balikpapan, i will return to enjoy their delicious mantaw, bakpau canton, coffee and takwa/kembang tahu. Very lively shop, many choiches of foods and drinks. A must visit place when you are in Balikpapan

Their Kopi susu is the best!
Should try steamed mantau with black pepper beef or fried mantau with sweet condensed milk. What a milky delicious mantau!
