Ramazuri Bistronomy

Three nights in Budapest - luckily we decided to go to this restaurant on our first evening, so we could come back again on our last evening! The setting is modern but cosy. All the food we tried was excellent. Wine by the glass is served from the bottle with a sip to try first - luxurious!

A fine restaurant serving a blend of traditional Hungarian dishes such as goulash and fusion options like goat cheese & baked pumpkin salad. What we've tried was delicious.
Prices are rather high but the place is located in extremely touristy area so no surprise here.

We stumbled upon this restaurant and we are so glad we did! The chocolate tart and chicken paprikash are absolutely amazing. The salad is lovely as well! Very nice atmosphere, especially if you love books and plants, warm lighting, comfy couch booths and exposed brick. Staff were attentive and prompt. We came yesterday for the first time and I'm already back again!

If you're around Buda and want to enjoy a very tasty dinner not far away from Buda Castle and Fisherman's Bastion you should stop here. It's very modern yet very cozy and nice restaurant. They serve excellente Hungarian food in combination with great wine and drinks. It's really worth to reserve a table and spend a lovely evening here. You're in the heart of castle district but can rest and enjoy your moment with good cuisine. Also the stuff is super friendly. Can highly recommend. Will for sure come back.

Good food, good service, and clean atmosphere in an area that you would expect to be pretty touristy. A lot of the classic expected foods - schnitzel, goulash, paprikash. A great wine menu, along with full service coffee options.

Amazing place! Food to die for. Decor is modern, classy but not stuffy. Service is fantastic. Best chicken paprika, goulash and schnitzel in town. Do yourself a favour and walk past Jamie Oliver and come to Ramazuri.

One of my favourite spots in Budapest! Absolutely delicious food, helpful staff and lightning quick service. The food is really to die for! *chef's kiss*

Also located bang in the middle of the Castle District. Ramazuri is definitely a must-visit if you're in Budapest.

Fantastic dinner here last night with excellent service. Highly recommend the duck pate and lamb. Though I’ve heard everything on the menu is delicious! Cocktails were lovely too!

Excellent contemporary dishes. Started with creme of pumpkin soup (no diary) poured on top of shiitake mushrooms, chestnuts, and a dollop of quince jam. Lightly spiced, savory thick soup. Followed by grilled salmon on a bed a shaved fennel coleslaw over tri-color quinoa and roasted cauliflower. Actually it was too much food. My friends’ dishes were similarly excellent (lamb chops dusted in pistachio and parsley with roasted potatoes; goulash soup that contained cubed vegetables and meat in a rich dark broth).Doesn’t feel touristy although it is very close to cathedral and fishermen’s bastion. Nice touch: Servers worked together to bring out food and remove dishes at the same time. Good wine list and cocktails.

A amazing place, the restaurant has a beautiful view I'll recommend to go for dinner. The food was tasty with fresh product, close to gastonomic restaurant. If you would like to test Hungarian food it's the perfect place to go.

Fantastic restaurant with an amazing view of the Matthias Church! It was our last dinner in Budapest and we are so happy with our restaurant choice. Food was delicious!!! It’s high quality Hungarian cuisine with a modern twist. We were most impressed with the extensive and carefully curated list of local wines. The menu includes a wine paring recommendation for each dish! How amazing! Food came out quickly and staff was very attentive. You can tell that the owners put a lot of thought in every detail. Thank you!

The place has a really pleasant atmosphere. Staff was nice and polite. The food was great and tasty. Definitely recommend! :)

We loved absolutely everything! We put this restaurant on our list of “must come back” when in Budapest. Service is super attentive! Food is delicious! Food presentation is just an art! Interior is stylish! Highly recommended.

Expected a simple lunch but was very positively surprised. Food was great and very nicely presented. And even the interior was beautiful (though sitting outside with the wind is very nice)

Heaven, basically.

When we arrived there were hoards of people just outside of Jamie Oliver’s restaurant. But why? Just accros the street is this fantastic restaurant. The soups were fabulous, the mains were to die for. I could eat this daily and be a very happy person.

I recommend this location if you are up on castle hill and needing to grab a bite. 100% amazing.

Food is very delicious they have gluten free options. The ambience is really good. The waitresses are very kind and polite.

dEeEeeELicious! Chicken paprikash was amazing! The service was also excellent, my waiter was very friendly. Outdoor seating offers a nice view of Saint Matthias Church.

Definitely a 5 stars place. The truth is it deserves 6 stars because of Victor that did above and beyond. My girlfriend is vegan and he went back and forth to make she have a grate dining experience. Built our own menu just for her. It means a lot that someone is doing so much for you. Apart from that he gave us some grate tips about where we should go and in general food is very very very good. Everything Victor said was perfect. My recommendation is ask him for guidance. Yummy and not so expensive

Amazing tasting food. The duck breast with tagliatelle was very flavorful, all the elements worked together and it tasted like everything was seasoned to perfection. The chocolate brownie was also very good, not too sweet or dense.
