Roatan Cruise Excursions - Island Marketing Ltd

We just finished a 7 day cruise on the Carnival Mardi Gras and booked with Island Marketing for the Roatán Resort Package. Our driver Mark Bodden was absolutely awesome! The meeting location was just outside the gates of the cruise port over the hill. You may have to ask around a bit as they are shuttling lots of cruisers. Mark left us his number and checked in on us. Mark also gave us a history of the island and I am really looking forward to hopefully having him as a driver again! Thank you so much for taking such great care of our large family of 10 traveling all together.

1st visit to this island and have to say, my all time favorite. Beautiful beach, tax free shopping, horseback riding, scuba and snorkeling. Friendly locals and amazing sights.

I couldn't ride because of my back so just got on for a photo opp. But Kelley enjoyed riding in the Ocean and trails in Honduras. The people were very friendly and welcoming!

We booked this specific excursion company because they were willing to work with us on what time we needed to meet. Kayla was great. So sweet and very knowledgable about the island! AJ'S sloth and Monkey sanctuary was amazing, we had a great time. When we decided we didnt have enough time to go to the iguanas, they took off the additional charge. The price was SO good. Very affordable and a lot of fun! Would definitely book with them again!

Calm place, cruise terminal is still on developing stage . Shoppes are nearby . Good sea foods , less expensive compared to other Caribbean ports

We had a Zipline experience booked but unfortunately our cruise ship was unable to dock. Because of the distance from shore I was unable to get the message to the team there.

I was concerned I'd get fully charged for the experience. The team were awesome and have given me a full refund no questions no argument. That is fantastic customer service. My experience with the company is brilliant and I'd book with them again without a second thought.

So if you are cruising - use these guys they are brilliant.

Felicia was a great guide, she drove us around the entire day stopping at the Sloth Sanctuary, a local chocolate shop and drove us to the West End and West Bay. All the while giving us wonderful history about the island and stopping along the way to take pictures of our family at different stops.

It was a wonderful time, the island was beautiful and Felicia was excellent. I highly recommend using Island Marketing for your tour and requesting Felicia.

After a long day at sea, it was great to Embark upon this island paradise with many kinds of excursion to take advantage of.

Had an amazing day on the Zipline & Snorkel Adventure in Roatan. Highly recommend! A tip if you are on a Royal Caribbean ship: once you get off the ship, you are in a small enclosed port and shopping area that you need to exit. Keep walking through the shop area until you can exit through a gate. You will see an actual STREET. There will be dozens of locals across the street holding signs for their individual companies/excursions. I suggest standing where you are at the gate and searching for the "Island Marketing" sign before you cross. Confirm with your tour guide and he will walk you to his van - don't worry, I know this is the "sketchy" part others have talked about in reviews, but as long as you've confirmed your reservation # with your guide, you're in the right place.
Now for the review of the excursion: AMAZING!
Zip lining was exhilarating and I felt very safe the entire time. They must have had at least 10 employees riding the lines the entire time.
Snorkeling was everything everyone raves about in Roatan! AND we were the only 2 to book so we had a private snorkel guide for an entire hour! I realize this may not be the luck for everybody, but it definitely made our experience 10x better. Our guide suggested a restaurant on the beach and waited as long as we liked afterwards. There is a street full of shops and restaurants you can peruse.
Thank you Island Marketing! We will definitely be booking with you on our next cruise!

They were very good and polite.
When you get off of ship, it is a bit of a walk to get to the shuttle's due to carnival not letting them in the port area. Be prepared to be crammed into the shuttle's as well.

It's visually beautiful and a fun day of beach relaxation. You're almost not even aware you are fenced in, entirely separated from the rest of the country. Next trip, I plan to see the country rather than a cruise port.
