This place is a little fancy. You might need a reservation. Wearing shorts is no big deal, but you might want to put on a polo shirt. I had the meat lasagna, and it was freaking great.

Somehow we continue to find the best Italian food is actually in the Caribbean. Pazzo was recommended to us by our Dive Shop owner (and friend of the chef) who is Italian.

Small and quaint, but super fun. Lively atmosphere and so happy this was our last meal on the island.

Service was fantastic. Started with the Carpaccio, had the Rigatoni special, and finished with the Lime Pie. All.to.die.for. Thank you!

Pro-Tips:
1.) Get a reservation
2.) It's BYOB
3.) It's cash or PayPal only
4.) Order the Carpaccio of Beef Tenderloin and thank me later

Absolutely The best Italian I've ever had. We made reservations a few weeks before we visited with Carrigan!

Don't forget to bring your favorite drink, relax, and enjoy the best fresh pasta in the carribean!

Amazing place. So good one of the only restaurants on Roatán that you have to book at least a week ahead. Good food, BYOB, and reasonable pricing makes for popularity!

Somehow, we got in without a reservation but we also sat at the bar which was great since we could see the staff working their magic in the kitchen. BYOB if you drink, and be prepared for the very best tiramisu on planet earth!!

Make reservations or you will miss out on eating at this tiny gem! BYOB. Everything is fresh and delicious! We love his bruschetta, beef carpaccio, and Gorgonzola and Bacon Gnocchi: if it’s on the specials board… get it!

Freshly made pasta and other specialties on the blackboard make this a must go spot in West End. Chef Johnny is a master at his craft of delicious and fresh cuisine. Must have reservations here as he fills up tables quickly.

Reservations recommended! Flying solo so they squeezed me in the the bar! Excellent carpaccio! Scratch made fettuccine and homemade gelato. Cozy little spot. It's perfect!

Some of the best food on the island, Unfortunately hard to get a reservation, had my local contact beg for help to get seated, we got best seats at the “bar”

Portions a huge, did not plan right and had no room for desert.

Note: as of my visit, I was advised to bring own wine.

Pazzo is our favourite restaurant. The food is always amazing. We have never walked away disappointed. The food is so flavourful, whether you have the special or order from the menu.
Johnny’s attention to quality over quantity is evident in every bite!

Don’t let the unassuming appearance of the place fool you. This is a wonderful restaurant! It’s small, so be sure to make a reservation, no matter what size your party. Also, interestingly, it’s BYOB. There’s a place across the street with an ok selection of wines if you don’t make it to a supermarket or other purveyor before you get here. The tomatoes must be grown on island as they have real tomato flavor, so hard to find in most of the USA these days. The tomato bruschetta appetizer with diced tomatoes, olive oil, a bit of garlic and basil on house made bread toasted was sensational. I had a special pasta that night with mushrooms and sausage in a cream based sauce. Delicious! Service was relaxed and professional. The other patrons seemed to be expats so I think this place is well known in that community. I’d highly recommend Pazzo for dining out while on Roatan. We had a shuttle from our resort so I cannot comment on availability of parking. If you’re driving yourself you might want to ask about that.

By far and away the best meal we've had here on Roatan, and perhaps in recent memory. Gianni, the owner is a 3 star Michelin chef from Italy and the food is exquisite. Honduran staff trained by owner start early preparing fresh pasta, sauces, seafood so that all is ready when guests arrive. He makes
the most fabulous tiramisu on planet earth!!

Small outdoor restaurant, reservations are a must! The food is absolutely delicious!! They are BYOB, so make sure to bring drinks if you want them with your meal!

Friday night dinner again at Pazzos. Good to be back on the island and our first trip to Pazzos since 2022. Beef Carapaccio was delicious. The lasagna is huge portions and best in the world. Love the use of the nutmeg. Finished the night with a piece of the chocolate rum cake. The staff is super. We'll be back next week!

This is not a restaurant. This is a dining experience. There are only about 7 tables, we had probably the last reservation, and a group of 10 showed up after many of the tables were already empty, and they were turned away because they did not have a reservation. Get your reservation.

I couldn't believe the flavor of the olive oil on the shrimp crostini! Get it if you're there, we got the other app too, because you have to enjoy everything this chef has present. Our entree's were perfection.

The wait staff was good, remember you have to bring your own wine/cocktails, but they will provide wine glasses.

At some point in your meal, Chef Johnny will come to check on you, he's amazing, we talked about his food, where he sources his products... then we also talked about what he liked about the island, how it compared to our homeland of Florida... What a cool chef to come sit with us for like 20 minutes.

Hand down for best gnocchi ever. I’ve been to Italy and had really good spaghetti and gnocchi, but this place is the best.

Superb! Super authentic but very small. Just a handful of tables on the patio. Tough to get a reservation, but definitely worth it. Excellent food and service. Save room for the key lime pie! Note: they don't serve alcohol but you can bring your own. We brought along a bottle of wine to go with dinner.

Best Italian food on
The island, hands down. The beef carpaccio is amazing. Everything I have ever had was delicious. My favorite is the gnocchi when he makes it.
