Really fun and beautiful beach. It's takes some logistics to get there but it's worth it.
The boat ride is 80L there and back and the food and drinks in the restaurant are pretty pricey (about double of the ones in town) but it's really worth going there for a few hours, enjoy the beach and snorkel (there's great snorkeling there so don't forget to bring your mask) 🤿

We took a private boat to Neptunes as we had a large group of us to go relax for the day. The beach area is nice & the dock goes out far enough where you can safely jump off. The staff was very friendly & provided prompt service. The drinks were good (mojitos was my choice!) & I also got a great chicken nacho plate that was a great value. We stayed for several hours & it was definitely a fun time!

Neptune's was one of my family's favorite places on Utila. The food was great (try the Tuna Tower), the service was friendly, quick and easy, and the atmosphere can't be beat. The bathroom in the bar was spacious and always clean. We also had no issue with sand fleas at Neptune's (unlike other beaches on the island).
We could jump off the end of the dock or just walk out from our chairs and enjoy lounging in the water or snorkeling around the edge of the coral reef that began just a little ways off shore.
The cocktails were fantastic and their frozen lemonade was a hit with the kids.

We had a lot of fun at Neptunes. We spent 10 days in Utila and visited Neptunes twice. It takes a boat ride to get to, unless you’re already staying at treasure beach, and then it’s just a walk. We went early both times. Saturday was very busy and Friday was semi busy. My husband snorkeled both times and said the reef was one of the best he had seen. I also saw divers stop and dive. The drinks are cheap and so good. I might’ve had one too many whale shark drinks, it was so good. It’s a very cool place to chill and relax. We both bought shirts for $10! If you’re able to go, just go, hangout for a bit. You’ll enjoy it.

Mini paradise. The location and the views were unimaginable. I loved the food there and the staff were soo friendly and talkative.

The only thing I can fault is the new management putting in a hidden fee for a what used to be complimentary boat ride to and from the beach. They don’t let you know about it until you want to leave.

This was THE best find in Utila! A big group of our friends went to spend the afternoon. The boat ride is free (from Coral View area), and totally worth it! The beach is beautiful, with great reefs for snorkeling. The restaurant is reasonably priced, with good food. They’ll keep a tab running for you and you can pay when you leave. There’s sand volleyball, beach chairs and picnic tables, and they’ll rent out paddle boards and snorkel gear (L.100/hour). I will definitely go back next time I’m on the island. The beach was much more family friendly and less crowded than the public beach. Gorgeous area.

The boat leaves every hour from 10am to 5pm to get to Neptune’s. The boat fills quickly and only seats about 12 people. So get there early. Since we can with a big group, they made two trips for us. But when we left, some of our group had to stay behind to catch the next hour boat.

By far the best place on Utila for snorkeling! Well worth the $50 lempiras boat ride each to spend the day here. The water is amazing and the reef is 20ft from the end of the dock. I would suggest to the owners that instead of the charge they implement a credit system... Spend at least 250 lempiras each and your boat ride is free or the charge is taken off your bill. This would encourage people to spend more money at the restaurant. We had a drink and that is it because there was no incentive for us to order anything else.

Amazing place to have a relaxing laidback day with great food and drinks. Everything is great; the view, the menu, the staff!

The boat to get there is free if you eat/drink at their restaurant, it leaves every hour or so and it’s usually crowded so make sure you get there to time.

You can go snorkel and swim right off their deck, it’s very safe and fun. Make sure to bring your own gear, due to COVID they are not renting it anymore.

Food and drinks are the same price as other places on the area.

Recommended a 100% to get away from the main area in the island.

This place was so fun! We loved taking the little water taxi out to to island. It was a lovely way to see the prettier side of Utilia. The food, views and service were all EXCELLENT! We just wish we had gone earlier. Note: Last taxi leaves at 530pm!!

Free boat that leaves every hour(ish) from the Coral View area. Private beach on the other side of the island with a restaurant and bar, pier and beach chairs. Dive boats come and go during the day and the area is also good for snorkeling. Food and cocktails were amazing ! A little more than other places in Utila but the bonus is having the beach area to use. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was a little lifeless but the beachfront location is great! Lots of sand flies

My partner and I had an amazing experience at Neptune's! We were skeptical after reading mixed reviews (especially about the boat) but definitely glad we took the chance. The outgoing free boat ride was on time and not overloaded at all, the return ride was about 15min late to depart but also safe/not overloaded. Definitely go if you have the time!!! They have daily drink specials (80L Mojitos on Mondays!) and we LOVED their cauliflower wings. Beautiful spot and clear water for a swim or snorkle.

Great stop for an afternoon during our dive trip. You take a little boat ride to get there. The bar restaurant was great. Even had some Honduran Craft beers. Very picturesque spot. Lots of shallow reefs people were snorkeling on. I saw some reef sharks standing on the dock wish I had brought my snorkel.

The guest should take care of this remote paradise and be more respectful of the environment, please put your sigarette in the bin not on the beach

There is a reason everyone talks about Neptunes - it’s because it is so fantastic. Well worth the boat ride there, it really feels like a true Caribbean island vibe away from the hustle of Utila Town. Food and drinks are great, really recommend the cauliflower wings. Beers are cold, cocktails are cheap, and the views on a good day are to die for!

Delicious cocktails and food. Perfect place to spend the afternoon, chilling infront of the beach. You take a boat ride in order to get to this place(short, aprox. 10min). This is a "must visit" place in Utila.

Clean restaurant! Absolutely love this place! The boat ride is free coming across the split from Utila and starts at 9am on the hour with returns on every half hour. The food here is delicious! Restaurant customes get free WiFi. And the staff is very friendly. The beach is well kept and you have access to snorkeling gear, stand up paddle boards, lawn chairs to lay on, beach volleyball, and a long pier. Will definitely come here again.

We found Neptunes to be our happy place in Utila. You can catch the boat ride almost at the end of the rd from town it is only 10-15 min with a 2 min walk to this beautiful beach-bar-restaurant. You pay one way ticket on your way back to town: US2$ per person. The are beach loungers, picnic tables and hamacs set up under the trees so you can have a break from the sun. The beach is more to access the water for a nice dip or a great snorkel right from the pier. The food was delicious! We tried the tuna poke tower and the pizza, both amazing! We came back a few days later for the same thing! The drinks we tried were all amazing, the service was great and the pricing is good. Very clean place and beautiful reef! You will be snorkelling where the divers come anchor their boats. The location is quiet and very pretty. Nice place to spend part of the day.
