To give the reader an idea of how complicated this sale was just a few of the issue we had to overcome were : an original survey that was incorrect, 8 corporate shareholders geographically dispersed in the US (with high-school level Spanish at best), the death of the board president, many powers of attorney … all on top of the normal complexity of a international real estate transaction.
