Vivaro Roatan - North House - South House - Oceanfront - Book Direct

This house was beautiful and in a fantastic location. We were a very short walk to the West End for when we wanted to get something to eat or have some cocktails. We stopped at Eldon's on the way from the airport, so we had everything we needed if we didn't want to leave the house and just relax in the pool. We also had a private chef come cook for us twice while we were there. I would definitely recommend this house for your trip to Roatan.

We had an amazing stay at the South House. House was exactly as advertised, house manager was wonderful with referrals and helping make arrangements, and the diving was AWESOME. Would absolutely stay here again, and Tanya, the owner, was a pleasure to work with both before and after.

We just returned from our third stay at the North House and it was just as wonderful as we remembered pre-pandemic. The house is perfectly located, nestled in a quiet neighborhood but a quick 5 minute walk to all the action in West End. The house is incredibly well stocked with anything you might need during your stay.
Our kids love the pool and bunk room! An added bonus this year was all the amazing wild life we spied in the back yard. Matt is always so welcoming and Gerson, Dago, Deisy, and Mary keep the house, yard, and pool pristine. Marty is the best and will happily drive you anywhere you want to go. I highly recommend booking your stay at Vivaro Roatan!

This was our family's third time staying at Vivaro and it did not disappoint. The home is meticulously maintained and everything looked and functioned as it did when we first visited five years ago. The floor plan and set up could not be better designed. The kitchen/great room area with the fully opening sliding doors makes for a great space to spend the days lounging by the pool, not to mention enjoying the amazing views. The kitchen is extremely well stocked for those individuals that enjoy cooking. I always found what I needed. The proximity to town is perfect as well. It is close enough to walk anywhere without having to rent a car, but far enough away that we don't hear noise from the town. Most things we wanted were a short 5-10 minute walk. Anything else we wanted to do, Matt the house manager arranged for us. He was exceptional to work with as he responded quickly to all our questions and requests. He knows the island extremely well and all of the great spots to go. The driver for the house, Marty, is also a pleasure to work with. Very kind and punctual and has great advice for things to do. Tanya, the owner of the home has been a pleasure to work with too. She's very accommodating and replies quickly to all communications. I truly feel she wants everyone who visits to love both Vivaro and Roatan as much as her family does. We will going back again and cannot imagine staying anywhere else.

Vivaro was everything we hoped it would be! It is just as you see in the pictures. The property is spacious and there was plenty of room to spread out and everyone have their space, yet it was still very easy to enjoy each others company and all be together. The main level indoor/outdoor space blended seamlessly. Sun, shade, sand, pool, ocean, lounging, paddleboarding, eating, napping....whatever you want, Vivaro provided at your fingertips. Tanya's suggestions were top notch! We followed her advice on many activities and restaurants and were never disappointed, in fact we felt everyone went above and beyond to make our experiences 5 star. Matt, the property manager, and Marty, the driver, were outstanding! We had Chef Blackie come to the house and make us dinner and it was quite the treat and we enjoyed leftovers the next day We highly recommend having her cook for you! Everyone in our group loved Roatan and we will definitely stay at Vivaro when we return!

Our family celebrated Thanksgiving 2018 at Vivaro West End. It was WONDERFUL! The house is big enough that everyone had his/her own space, but cozy enough we were able to genuinely be together. Everything you need is organized, clean and ready for you. The kitchen is well designed and easily handles three women cooking at one time. (Although our favorite meals were with Junior the Pizza guru & Chef Blackie).

The amenities were great! A pool to relax in, the beach with a dock for easy access (great snorkeling - & extra equipment for all kinds of fun in the sea). We especially loved relaxing under the palapa while it rained.

Matt & Andrea, the property managers, are also there to help you. They Are Fabulous! They helped us navigate the island & making reservations for different events.

There are so many good things to say about our stay at Vivaro. My husband & I recommend your family checks it out. Life slows down at Vivaro.
Go, Relax, Catch your breath.

This was our 2nd time at the beautiful 5 bedroom beachfront vivaro! We stayed 2 weeks this time and loved every minute. The house is perfect for big families or multiple families. We have mostly teenagers but my 11 year old loved having his own space in the loft in the bunkroom. The beach is so peaceful and the kids had the best time paddle boarding. When we wanted to go out on the town or book excursions Matt took care of everything! He booked it all and made it so easy! Junior came to the house and we had a pizza making party which is fun for everyone. Not to mention the pizzas are so yummy! We also had Blackie over to cook a Caribbean dinner. Her food is amazing and we had leftovers for a couple days which was so nice! Vivaro makes a good vacation great by going over and beyond with the customer service they provide. We are already looking at the calendar for next year.

We stayed in the South House at the brand new Vivaro - West End houses. The location is amazing - you are directly on the ocean and the view from the deck and bedrooms is amazing. The sunsets every day were stunning and watching the sun go down in the infinity pool was a highlight for our group (2 families with kids). The house is amazingly provisioned - luxury sheets and towels, large beach towels, everything you need in the kitchen to cook, and plenty of places to lounge inside and out. It is the nicest rental home we have stayed in anywhere.

The walk to West End is about 5 minutes. It was very convenient for our group because we could all make our own plans to dive, eat out, or just hang at the house without worrying about transportation. The owner and manager on the island were super easy to work with and very helpful in making us feel like locals on Roatan. We hope to return soon.

The property is gorgeous and has a fabulous view - just as pictured but so much better in real life!

Our party of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Vivaro South House. My companion and I spent most of our time diving (with the Reef Gliders dive shop just a pleasant 10 minute stroll away - or less) but our traveling companions took full advantage of relaxing in and by the pool.

The house is located in a quiet area of West End and has everything you would need for a wonderful vacation while also being conveniently close to all of the West End restaurants and shops. I would recommend a stroll into town for the Tuesday night trivia at Sundowner's Beach Bar (top floor)!

The owner and property manager were prompt and thorough in all of their communications and the housekeeping and groundskeeping staff did an excellent job.

Our group of 10 adults had the best stay at Vivaro Oceanfront Roatan!
The house is as shown in online pictures, but even better in person. We took in nearly all our sunsets from the pools/patio areas of the two homes. One evening we enjoyed watching a couple dozen dolphins meandering and feeding just offshore from us in the pool. We loved the open air feel to the home with the accordion doors open, providing easy access to our in and out making drinks and so on. The Bose sound system was fabulous and we enjoyed streaming music on it from our phones while hanging outside. The French press was handy for coffee and we used the blender as well; the kitchen had everything we needed.
Prior to our arrival, the owner made herself readily available for questions and gave lots of useful tips. Our host, Matt, was endlessly helpful! Before we arrived, he helped inform us on lots of important details. To name a few things, he arranged Covid-19 testing at the house with the results delivered later that day, scheduled massages on our oceanfront deck, suggested a couple of in-home chef experiences and arranged the one we chose with Chef Blackie (hands down our best meal in Roatan--wishing we would've done more of that--and it was very reasonably priced), and set us up on an East End Tour that was a day we will never forget! It was basically a private bar-hopping boat tour through a mangrove tunnel and around some beautiful coves on the East end. It was an adventurous and fun day with Keith, from Tyler's crew!
Another service we used was a grocery delivery service via Concierge Roatan. It was so convenient to have a list beforehand that we were all able to add to and get all the grocery shopping and schlepping out of the way before we even got settled into the house--totally worth the service fee!
We loved the town of West End and it was such a pretty and convenient walk into town from the house. The beaches were clean, no seaweed, and barely even any people without cruise ships running. We loved floating in the ocean, drinking, snorkeling and listening to live music at Ginger's and had a nice time everywhere we ended up in all of Roatan. We had a rowdy good time at Sundowners our first night too. We had only wonderful experiences and were met with only patience and kindness throughout our trip. We all fell in love with Roatan! Just can't wait to go back, and we will definitely choose Vivaro Oceanfront again--BEST TRIP EVER!

If you are looking for your own private resort with incredible amenities and awesome service then this is the place for you! You will be “wowed” from the moment you walk into the grand living area with vaulted ceiling and then walk out to a large back deck and infinity pool while you watch the sunset. All this within a short 5 min walk to the popular West End business district! The property was immaculately kept by their staff! Ask Matt, the property manager, for suggestions of where to spend your time! He is a wealth of knowledge about the best places to go on the island and has many connections for Scuba and fishing charters, restaurants etc. Also ask for some of the awesome local organic products that they offer.. sunscreen and bug repellent (smell great and are reef safe!) and kombucha to keep you protected and fresh during your trip! Thank you Vivaro!!! We WILL be back!!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Vivaro South House and I can honestly say that without question it was the most beautiful home I have ever stayed in. The owners have clearly put their heart and soul into their rentals and it shows. A few days prior to arrival I received an email from them with information we would need to know which I found to be extremely helpful. The home is stunning – very open and airy. Our favorite part was the huge great room that opens up to the deck and pool area with absolutely gorgeous views of the ocean. The property manager, Matt, met us upon arrival and showed us everything we needed to enjoy the home to the fullest. He took us on a tour, explained how everything worked and answered every question we had. He also gave us outstanding recommendations on things to do on the Island. The housekeeper, Deysi, did a wonderful job of keeping the home looking beautiful. Everything was spotless and organized so that we could easily find anything we might need. Gerson kept the pool and yard area immaculate for us, as well as making sure our recycling bins were emptied every day. He also happily cut us down a coconut from the tree on the property so we could have fresh coconut water. The icing on the cake is the location. You really do get the best of both worlds here – privacy and relaxation at home but within a five minute (lighted) walk to all the action in West End. I cannot recommend this property enough. The owners and employees were all a delight to work with and made us feel so welcome and taken care of. You will not be sorry you booked at Vivaro!

Wow!!!What a beautiful home!
This was one of our best family vacations in Roatan. We stayed at Vivaro South house. I really want to express how awesome this home is and the location is overlooking the water. When we arrived Matt met us with a great Roatan welcome. When you walk through the double doors it's a WOW!!! We looked forward at the end of each day chilling in the pool watching gorgeous sunsets. Every night we would walk 5 minutes to restaurants, there were street lights along the way. The house was spotless, the staff incredible. We have been to Roatan 5 times; we have stayed in condos in West Bay and Coral Vista twice. Vivaro was the best experience by far. If I could give them 6 stars I would! Thank you from our family. WE WILL BE BACK!

We loved every thing about our March Break stay at Vivaro North.  The home is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the staff are welcoming.

A quick walk to West End for restaurants, food stalls and shopping. From there a stunning water taxi ride to West Bay.  The location makes is so easy to get around the island without having to rent a car or hire a taxi.

We cannot wait to return.

I stayed here with a large group for a week. It was absolutely amazing. Matt and Andrea were fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed the entire stay. If you are looking for a spacious house close to a lot of local spots and activities, look no further!
