Very few electronics stores offer this level of support.
For the past 14 years I have been given excellent support whether buying mobile phoenes, sourcing cales, transferring data, instaalling an app or simoly having a question answered.
I have found the staff brilliant, and must mention Steph and Maeve.
These two have kept me safe as as I sqay precariously across the digital tightrope.

Went in to get headphones after a laughable experience in 02 . Couldn’t have been more different. Super helpful engaging and friendly.

Top service

Wanted to say what brilliant customer service Finn gave in the Winchester store today. The initial problem was very irritating but beyond his control, and he fixed it thoughtfully, professionally and thoroughly, and was really friendly, polite and helpful.

My daughter has several games consoles including an XBox One purchased from CEX in Winchester. The console worked well but recently failed to update and was stuck in a loop. I have never previously been in the store so was unsure of how it would be dealt with but the person who served us was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He said he would test the console and if it could not be remedied would try to obtain a replacement and asked us to return an hour later. When we returned he advised us that it would need to go away for repair but he had sourced a replacement which he gave to my daughter. A first class service which many other businesses would do well to copy.

Staff are always super helpful and friendly, even when rude people ask questions while they're serving someone else!! The guy serving me was super lovely though and didn't let it phase him. And even though I had a huge stack of DVDs to sell, he was quick and methodical and awesome :) I think his name was Spike? Anyways. They're always fantastic, no matter who serves you.

I don't know why everyone is bashing the staff on here. They work hard and are lovely people. The prices might seem higher than average for second hand goods there but let's not forget how expensive running a shop in Winchester is.

I stand up and say it's it's pretty good in terms of value and holds up against a lot of sellers online in shop and site. It's quick and easy cash for trade-ins and the newer the item the more it costs to buy and sell of course. That is how a business works.

All in all I rate it and will recommend anyone try it at least if you are new to it or if you shop there yourself, support the hell out of it as you are getting a pretty good service for a very reasonable price. The staff are very good people and the manager is a stand up bloke. Hats off to them. May this knowledge aid you in your shopping needs.

I went into cex to sell a full gaming pc and vr
I was served by Callum and his customer service and professionalism was perfect ! He talked me through the whole process and called me when everything was tested and ready, Callum is honestly a god send to the company and if you ever need anything sorted or anything sold see him! He is amazing ! 10/10 would recommend big up Callum !

Terrific place. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and extremely cheap music, film, TV, gaming and tech. Great money for "trade-ins" as well which is just the cherry on the top. Currently my favourite shop.

Staff are very helpful. Always find a cheap dvd for the kids to watch overall products i have purchased have all been in good condition. Had primarily dvds have had some games in passed when i had a console

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, I was advised against purchasing the item I was interested in as the salesman first checked with me what I intended to use it for, he then went online to check compatability and advised against......he could have just sold it to me! Would definitely buy from here again.

A well thought out shop with most items all in order. You can buy new or used dvds, games, and electronics. The staff are very helpful and friendly they also buy any games, films or electronics from you in cash or if you take the cex points you are given extra if these. Most electronics new or used have warranty on them.

Great prices for amazing products, a good return policy and friendly staff. What more can you ask for from a second hand shop? Have made great purchases with CeX before and plan to more often in the future

What a great friendly team. They took all my items. In return I brought some CDs. I do wonder where these CD selling CEX are.

Great staff in cex winchester, I sell a lot of tech to these guys and always give me a good price. Never had a problem with them and do buy from them sometimes.

Great selection of games and media. Can easily find old DVDs and pre-2000 video games. Staff are friendly and helpful. Also, as with all CEX stores, it is great value for money

Very friendly staff, will always use them for my pc components and blu rays, never had any problems with any of the stuff I've bought from them.
