Lovely long drive up to the farm shop, especially in autumn. There's a bustling cafe, a well-stocked shop, a garden shop and an outdoor garden area. The farmshop itself is run by Waitrose so the produce is very good quality, but watch out because it's not all local. Would definitely recommend a visit.

I stopped at Longstock Farm Shop & Cafe for coffee during a walk from Stockbridge. It offers a range of hot and cold sandwiches and snacks, and has a bright, welcoming atmosphere.

It's a popular and busy cafe, but the food is good and well priced, although service can be a little slow when it's peak times. I thoroughly enjoyed my scone with cream and jam - a perfect mid-afternoon treat.

The shop has some lovely produce albeit on the pricey side. They also have a large garden center attached, and when I visited during the festive period they had lots of Christmas decorations and gifts.

Overall, it's a great cafe and farm shop in a beautiful part of Hampshire - and I will certainly return next time I'm in the area.

The surroundings are very pleasant. There was a bit of a queue when I arrived so I had a short wait but the counter staff were efficient and helpful. Despite them being busy I didn't have long to wait for my salad. It was nice to have tea in a proper pot (which yielded two cups). My salad had an excellent dressing but could have benefitted from more variety. The only things in the salad were rocket, cucumber and cherry tomatoes (though there were plenty of tomatoes). The ham was lovely and there was plenty of it.

Stopped off here for breakfast and a look around the garden centre.
Not overly busy although it was a bank holiday weekend.
Breakfast menu was straight forward and well priced and the food simple but fresh.
Great little farm shop and plenty of outdoor seating.
A compact garden centre with plenty of plants and shrubs outside to wander around.
Also and I testing most house of cacti and succulent plants.
Plenty of parking, well laid out, tasty food and gardens to stroll in. Worth a visit 🪴

What a lovely cafe which is run by Waitrose. It serves hot and cold drinks and a limited menu of light bites and cooked breakfast which looked great. We had 2 hot drinks and a scone each which came to around £11.

The garden centre has a wide range of plants and garden related items at a reasonable price, we bought a few items. Staff friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit.

Hello! I've had the pleasure of dining here on multiple occasions, even having my birthday lunch with my family in November of 2020 (during the covid restrictions, we ate outside in our car as the seating area's were closed.) The food is outstanding and reasonably priced considering the quality of the ingredients that goes into the kitchen. I believe that everything is grown locally if not by themselves and tastes amazing. The staff are really friendy, especially around Xmas as we were gifted a many a small treats and once even a whole meal as we were loyal and frequent customers. I recommend the cafe to all.

The farm shop is a great place to find locally and ethically grown produce if you live locally. We happen to live in Winchester which is just local enough to justify the trip. The drive out is nice and not too much of a chore for my parents to manage. ( they are not confident drivers).

In conclusion I believe the food is excellent and well priced, the area is scenic and the staff are extremely friendly.

10/10

We love coming here! We discovered it purely by chance on the way to the south coast for a holiday. It's off the beaten track but worth the detour in our opinion. Only a short distance from Stockbridge it is still a haven of peace and calm. The restaurant serves tasty, well presented dishes from local sources. The shop has a great range of choice foodstuffs and the garden centre too is terrific. Whilst walking around the garden centre today we came across a colony of newts in one of the water plant displays. We weren't as keen on the huge hornet that came to drink from the same display we were admiring. We'll definitely drop in again next time we're down this way.

Lovely food (Red Fox souffle, made at the pub in our village, is sublime). Little bit of a queue when the cyclists arrived, but they were soon dealt with and service was pretty slick. The shop has some interesting food and delightful craft, the garden centre has intriguing tools (Japanese secateurs caught my eye), and there is a wide selection of plants, even at this time of year.

Fantastic location with many helpful staff. Great food with most ingredients used from the farm. A great place to meet friends and have a wonder through the walled garden and nursery.

Nice shop garden centre and cafe. Made better when there is an event on. We went when Hampshire Farmers Market were there. Drive there is lovely too through chocolate box Village of thatched cottages. Also the shop stocks an excellent range of local bottled ales.

Lovely lunch, really great produce, including crab apples (2 kilos for jelly making) just had to be done. A great member of staff who kept weighing them till I got to the right weight) he really entered into the fun/silliness of it. What's not to love.
