Bought a kitchen from there. Great staff, informative, and very helpful. Shout out to Harley, who designed our kitchen and kept in contact with updates.

Dropped into homebase to source some plant pots and came out with plants, compost and more. Good stock selection for Gardens, good clearance items seasonally available with happy to help staff to find what you're looking for.

A very good shop for all your D.I.Y items if you live in Winchester, plus plants 🪴 and things to do in the garden.

I haven't been in a Home base for a while, until last week. For a long time the brand was refinding it's identity which made - apparently- for many cut price bonanzas. They seem to have stabilized back to a recognizable stocking and pricing policy and I enjoyed re familiarizing myself with the store.

One of the best home bases I have been to.

No line, friendly staff and really great choice if bathroom bits. So good I stopped visiting other stores (Wicks Southampton was enough to put me off for life) and bought the entire bathroom suite in one go. Really great staff in the bath store area, good prices and special discounts. A true pleasure to shop with them.

Second online purchase this month. Click and Collect. Only due to me being in Southampton and the store in Winchester.
It may be a fairly large store but they outshine many others when it comes to customer service, both in store and by phone. Quality goods at great prices. Well done, Homebase, Winchester.

I went in yesterday to buy a few tools for a DIY project. At first I struggled to find what I was looking for and unfortunately I suffer with anxiety so I struggle to work up the courage to ask for help: but all of the staff here were super kind and helpful and never seemed annoyed at my questions or came across as condescending/rude.

In short; staff are a true pleasure and I'll definitely shop here in future if needed! :D

Excellent customer service received in Winchester branch today - especially Zach on the customer service desk. When needing to find info on how to return an online purchase and Homebase website and central customer service line did not work today, I took a chance and called Winchester branch. I was able to return it in store and it was Zach that took my call and processed my return, professionally and efficiently.

During Covid19 restrictions: staff performing excellent job of securing guidance. Bought mixed paint, staff made up three tins to ensure I got the exact shade I needed. Brilliant service.

Homebase have really understood the need for social distancing. The staff were professional and organised in ensuring we were safe whilst in the store. There's always one idiot who is unable to follow the directional arrows but on the whole everyone was sensible. Well done Homebase. 👍

Everything you need for your home. Clean and tidy. Easy to get around.

Lovely and helpful staff who double checked the floor stock to enable us to qualify for a special offer on the paint we wanted.

I do enjoy visiting the garden center, but almost always end up leaving with something else. If you're in need of fans or air cons this summer, they had a wide range available.
