We had been considering getting a new hot tub. We popped into the Cadnam branch were we met James

James has been amazing from start to finish and was one of the main reasons we ordered our tub from Happy hot tubs Cadnam. He was happy to hold our tub for up to a year until we were able to get the site ready for our tub. No pressure just explained the options and services they offer. The delivery team were great. We have a difficult access to the tub location. They dealt with it with ease and did a top job of installing and setting up our new tub.

All in all we have been very impressed by the service we have received and would highly recommend to others.

I need a new lid for my hot tub, tried numerous places to no avail, then spoke with Michael at Happy Hot Tubs, problem solved. He is very knowledgeable and we spoke through a few options and have now put in my order. Good to get someone at the other end of the phone who knows the business and not a machine or somebody just doing it for the money. Looking forward to receiving my new hot tub cover.

I cannot speak more highly of James and his team. The hot tub was delivered very quickly and the men that delivered it were a real credit to the company and extremely helpful. Visited Happy Hot Tubs (Cadnam) this afternoon looking for some advice and products to treat our hot tub. James was very friendly, approachable and informative. He was able to recommend the best products for our issue. We also got 10% off for buying in store. We will be shopping here again soon.

Brought our first tub from James, met him at the new forest show, great knowledge and no sales pressure. Great service from start to finish he even followed up a few times after the installation just to check everything was good and we were happy. Sophia was very helpful and friendly. Brought some mats to go under the hot tub along with some filter cleaner. Sophia even took the time to talk to us about the filter cleaner and which one was the best to buy. No question was silly for her to answer. Very happy with these items.

Called in for some new filters as we were just about to get our hot tub serviced. Served by Sophia who was helpful and cheerful and gave excellent service. Another good visit to the hot tub store which has always been a pleasant experience

Our neighbours recently bought a hot tub from the Cadnam store saying they had a great experience. We went to the store to find out our options as we are contemplating getting one & spoke with James the sales guy, he couldn't have been more helpful, he went through every option in our price range, explaining how each one worked & the average running costs of each one. James gave us plenty to think about & there was no hard sale, very knowledgeable & easy to talk to. If you're in the market for a hot tub it's well worth a visit.

This was something of an impulse purchase after seeing the Happy Hot Tubs showroom at Dobbie's Garden Centre in Cadnam. The service we received was excellent and convinced us to go ahead with the purchase. Tansy Speed was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and was not at all pushy, but simply laid out the pros and cons of the various models and let us make up our minds. In addition, she visited us at home to scope out the installation and provide advice. As a result of her visit, we changed the planned location of the hot tub! The installation team were very good and carried out their work with minimum fuss and complete professionalism. Their ability to manoeuvre a 300kg hot tubs through tight gaps is something to behold! Follow-up service and advice has been exemplary. Overall, an excellent service and I would whole-heartedly recommend them.

We’ve had many happy years of dealing with Happy Hot Tubs online so when we moved to the area we popped into their show room in Cadnam. We had a warm welcome. Tim explained thoroughly all our options as we were downsizing our hot tub and we left the show room having purchased one. The whole process was pain free. We’ve been using our new hot tub for a month now, extremely happy with the installation, advice we received and it’s the perfect size for us.

We couldn’t be more happy with the tub or the service we had. This is a significant purchase for us and honestly had been put off before with pushy sales teams and bad vibes. Then we came to Happy hot tubs! And now we have the tub of our dreams. Rich and James were exactly the right kind of sales support we needed, and guided us throughout the process. Ensuring we were confident with all aspects of buying, owning and delivery. The delivery team Ben, Connor and James were bang on time, friendly, knowledgable and extremely tidy. They stayed until it was full so they could guide us through the maintenance and all of the controls. We are chuffed to bits with the whole process and finished results. Thank you team!

We called in to Happy Hot Tubs, Cadnam, just to have a look, as we'd been thinking about investing in a spa for the garden as an early wedding present to ourselves.

Peter introduced himself as we were looking, and said if we needed help to just ask, which we eventually did. He was very professional, helpful, but not pushy, and we put a deposit down on our dream!

The service before, during delivery, and after has been excellent, with lots of tips and advice. Nothing is too much trouble, and you feel you're in safe hands. Peter is always available to message if you need any advice or have any problems. If he's busy, someone else is always at hand to help.

Thank you, Peter and all at Happy Hot Tubs. We absolutely love our daily dips and relaxation, good for tired aching joints and muscles too.

Bought from Cadnam (Dobbies) a year ago from very helpful cheerful staff Chloe & James who came out to fit & made time to explain all the upkeep instructions after installing. I had the Azure model love it just as much now & has been a godsend for my arthritis. Staff are always helpful in the showroom with buying any accessories & chemicals. Thanks guys well worth the money.

We've now had our hot tub from Happy Hot Tubs for a year now and probably the best buy for a very long time. We use it 2-3 times a week and it is so relaxing sitting there in an evening looking at the stars. Always pop into the shop at Cadnam when we're at the garden centre and always greeted well and provided with a great service. Keep it up. 😀😀
