Very welcoming staff and great service.
The gentleman who served me in store even went to see if they still had a collector's edition still in store for me and showed me how to renew my game elite membership for me.
I was so happy with my experience that I would definitely recommend this store and visit it again

Small store with good gaming items with absolutely amazing staff who clearly know what they where talking about managed to get a ps5 as well as having them help me sort out an order another store said they couldn’t do was nice to be in a store with such a welcoming environment with staff who wanna talk about what they love one of the best game stores I’ve been to will 100% be visiting again

When ever I want to by a game or accessories for gaming I go to this Game I’m what you would call
A regular as I work in Nando’s across the road and the staff are always so welcome if not just trying to get a sale they genuinely ask about your gaming habits and always recommend different games I’ve never had a problem with any of the products I have purchased from them and will definitely be going back to this shop in the future.

Go there to see what's new and always deliver. Main platform game only but have other good products. Staff are helpful and can get some great deals in the sale. The staff are really helpful and friendly and always try to give you their honest opinion and weather you can get it cheaper anywhere else. They have a good range of games. Would recommend

Went to grab a game from here and the guys asked if we wanted to browse or knew what we wanted. When I said what I wanted they just asked me to go to the counter and had it ready. Most shops seem to be really bad at organising social distancing (mostly customers fault) but credit where it's due they've got it spot on here.

Considering we are in the middle of a pandemic the way they handled the xbox launch with social distancing made me and my wife feel comfetable and safe wilst we waited to pick up our order
The staff were very friendly and helpful dispite the order mix up not fault to them so kudos to the staff there.

Always a great place to take the boys. We only have one Game shop in Cardiff and it's in the city centre, don't like going in there, so we travel here instead

What a pleasure to go shopping we went quite late but the staff still had plenty of time to give us the advice we needed and what lovely staff and all clued up on games consoles and up and coming games and promotions definately will return to do some more shopping there

Always lovely staff who.are friendly and always up for a chat. Obviously the prices tend to be higher than online (even on their own website) but it's always worth checking out.

Well laid out... easy to find what you need and if you cant there are friendly helpful staff on hand to answer any queries you may have.

Normally it's a nice little gaming shop that have a lot of variety but for some reason they started selling lego's

Staff r great fair play to them. Even when it gets a bit hectic they ca t do enough
