Hobbycraft Harlow

It's always busy when I go there, but their only issue is they are not big enough to carry multiple choices of the same item. I went there for a specific display book. They had some but not what I needed. Great store, though. I usually feel like a kid in a candy store when I visit. SO MUCH FUN!!!

Visited the store for a 30 minute class with Fiona. Cannot recommend enough! Fiona was amazing, so kind and helpful. She engaged with the children throughout to keep them engaged. Will definitely be booking another class!

Me and my daughter love this place. You will find anything and everything for the craft and your hobbies, it is nice to be able to touch and see closer things and prices is still good compare with the online. You will get discount cart and welcome present 🎁 on your first shopping if you sign up for the discounted cart. 😊.( very generous present i have to say)

One of those places where experts happily share knowledge with craft novices and numptys like myself. Lovely space to spend time, with free parking.

This Hobbycraft is one of the bigger ones, with two floors and with loads of choice. You simply can't walk through the store without finding something that you want to buy. I will definitely be back 😊

Hobbycrafts is amazing I love it so much will definitely be going back tomorrow, has a variety of things you can buy, very creative and it's probably the best shop I have ever been too

Always well stocked and staff knowledgeable and helpful.
However, the carpets could do with a good clean and, as a disabled customer, the layout could do with a bit more thought. The aisles, in places, are too close. Also for those of us who have walking limitations, the left is at the far end of the store making it quite a trek!

Visited today with my new rescue pup. The staff are all so lovely and one in particular spent time with me to say hello to my new pup and even gave me advice on separation anxiety as she has experience with rescues. She was also very helpful with my shopping trip and I ended up buying 40 pounds worth of beautiful fabric to make my pup a crate cover. Thanks guys for being so understanding and welcoming today. I'm so glad hobby craft allows well behaved dogs in their stores! It means I don't have to drop her home before visiting and also means I can spend more money on craft bits while also having my little pup by my side, rather than having to rush to get home because of her anxiety. This is my favourite store in Harlow! I literally come here on my days off if I've got nothing to do just because I enjoy visiting. Now I will be coming even more knowing they are dog friendly! To the lady that helped me (didn't catch her name, but she has a little dog called Winter) you really made my day today and it was so lovely to be spoken to by someone who really cares about their customers. I felt so welcome and at ease!

Yesterday I came into the store with my two young daughters. We were served by Lorraine who couldn't have been more pleasant, helpful and attentive. Largely as a result of her customer service, I decided to get myself a Hobbycraft card as we'll definitely be coming back!

Checked in store stock before I went but couldn't find the item in the shop lovely young lady with short brown hair and glasses quickly found the item for me even though she was busy doing something else would definitely use them again

I recently used this branch for Click & Collect. A very positive experience with very friendly and helpful staff. A large store with lots of stock and plenty of parking.

Ryan went above and beyond when I visited recently - absolutely exceptional customer service. Sadly, I lost my receipt so cannot register my review on the official review platform but didn't want his efforts to go completely unrecognised.
