Enjoyed a first Click and Collect service here today, easy to navigate to the collection point through the car park and plenty of signage to direct you. One has to press an intercom in the collection bay and announce your arrival, very quickly our order was brought out to us, whilst happy with one substitution we were concerned regarding the Best Before date on a loaf of bread, the assistant didn't hesitate to offer find another with a later date which he did immediately. A good choice of collection times offered, all in all a good service which we will use again.

Great place to shop. I do not go there very often but they always have what I want unlike Asda

Only dropped in to grab a coffee. Had a quick chat with security to find out if they had a coffee machine and they apologised for not having a Café! Got pointed toward a coffee machine which, sadly, didn't do decaf :( I don't do leaded coffee after 1pm these days so... picked up something else ... milkshake, protein drink... had a 'moan' about the decaf 'issue' at the checkout and they said they'd look into it. Job done. No idea about anything else other than it is a mahoosive place. Take a map, a guide and a compass. You might just make it out of there by New Year's.

Great got some clothes and brought the tastiest joint of beef ever it was delicious.

Best supermarket hands down,can always park ok,staff all very friendly, great products,a class act,,favourite shop. It just feels special x

We used the scan and pack service so it was quicker to checkout, and a good shopping experience.

Good shopping experience and full basket of items I needed. Prices are in the middle of prices in other competitors.

Shop now has the 2nd largest online Shopping capacity in the country, so a huge improvement.
One issue is the ATM machines out side are being targeted by skimmers. Be super careful of your pin if you use the cash dispensers.

Very clean & staff very nice & approachable. Popped in for bread & milk ended up spending £50!!

I use this Supermarket on a regular basis, mainly because disabled parking is near the store entrance plus you can use one of their mobility scorers to do your shopping, the key you collect from Customer service desk.

I shop here regularly as know where everything is unlike some stores where I can't find things , staff friendly. Prices are getting much better here and can find some good bargains on groceries. I sometimes buy clothes here as well for my children , and pop in argos if I need anything again, always friendly staff at Argos as well.

Hate the entrance always blocked with traffic due to people blocking the roundabout going nowhere, other than that staff are lovely and plenty of parking especially for parent and child

Excellent store. Air conditioned, so great for summer afternoons. Enough parking and friendly staff. The fresh orange juicing machine is worth a visit. Find some new products today

Ultra modern shopping complex. Has modern facilities for both able and physical challenged people. Stocks all items from food stuffs to fabrics and household appliances.
