Ken Brown Kia Harlow

Took my car in for its annual service yesterday (originally purchased in 2021). Dealt with RYAN who is a true professional in every way.
He told his colleagues that I was paying extra for the air conditioning system clean & a key battery to ensure it was all noted & actioned for when I collected my vehicle.
(Have to say the car now smells amazing!)

We also discussed the next service plan options as mine had just expired. Ryan took the time to advise me of the saving each year & what I was getting for my money (which is good to know given the current cost of living increase).

My husband recently purchased his car at Kia Harlow too because he was impressed with the service I had received.
Their staff know exactly how to treat their customers - they are attentive to their needs & NOT pushy like previous experiences I’ve had at other car dealerships.
We always had Ford or Vauxhall cars but as dealerships are few & far between now, we looked at Kia (plus they offer a 7 year warranty on their cars).
I am truly converted to KIA & would not go anywhere else.
Highly recommend the Harlow Team to anyone considering buying a car (used or new).

Was nice using Ken Brown motors Harlow, and Ryan is very efficient and always helpful whenever I come around for service. He is very polite and he treat customers with utmost respect. Always smiling 😃 He makes going to the branch for service worthwhile.

First time taking my car to Ken Brown in Harlow.excellent customer service. Ryan was great and really helpful when I needed to re-schedule at the last moment. They managed to get my car through before lunch and gave it a wash! Superb service.

My Kia had its annual service today and as usual excellent service all round. Alan Sharpe was my advisor today and did an excellent job plus he managed to get the job done in enough time so i could take it for an MOT as Ken Brown had technical issues in the workshop. Alan also sold me a service package which will save me money over the next 2 years. All round excellent service plus the courtesy car was the latest version of what i already drive which has got me thinking about an upgrade.....

Had mine and partners cars serviced and MOT at the same time, were able to accomadate us both and cars were ready before the school pick up!
Dealt with Ryan throughout, he was friendly, listened and understood our needs.

Was happy to accomodate follow up questions a few days after, will be returning again.

Living in the other side of London from Ken Brown KIA Harlow I never set foot in the dealership. Everything was done by phone and email with their excellent Stuart McIntyre. Stuart responded promptly to my every query, provided a personal video of the car in which I was interested and finally delivered it to me at their Richmond-upon-Thames Hyundai dealership. This is my first EV and I am not only well pleased with the car but, from being an EV sceptic, I am now a total convert.

Mike Allen welcomed me this morning at the service desk. He knew exactly why I was there as he had obviously read my notes. In a friendly and informative discussion he told me what was going to happen and introduced me to the technician who was going to carry the diagnostic on the noise I hear when start from the engine when I first start driving.
Within 10 minutes Mike was back to inform me the noise was normal as the engine was a high cam version and was perfectly normal. I was really relieved and was grateful for the way he described it. Mike the told me the technician had started the new software download required in the recent Kia re-call and told me it would take around 45 minutes. He was totally correct. I had also asked for courtesy car that was not needed or charged.
I was highly delighted by the friendly and professional care I received at no charge.

Always receive amazing service from the staff. Booked in for a service and MOT early as needed car back early afternoon. Quick check in, got the video of vehicle check and was able to authorise work online to be done. Ryan rang to say ready to collect and when I got there he had all details to hand helped with the service plan renewal and I was out again within 4 hours. They always make you feel welcome and again this year Ryan delivered a great service. Thank you

Ken Brown Harlow is my local dealership so I went there on my search for a new car, the sales representative Stuart McIntyre was polite and attentive and did not push a hard sales pitch on us but was honest and helpful regarding what we were looking for. He arranged a test drive when it was convenient for me and explained all the functions on the car then I went off on my own to drive around. Very good experience.

First service for my Kia Picanto today. Very easy to book online. Great service from Alan and the team - even though I arrived early I was able to wait (very comfortable customer waiting area and good free wifi) whilst the car was serviced even though it was impinging on the workshop's lunch hour. Price paid was as quoted when I booked. Extremely positive customer experience!

We attended the garage with a view to exchanging our existing car for a new one. We were greeted by Paul Paffey, who had dealt with us previously.
He provided answered to all our questions in a completely honest and professional manner. As a result of the information he provided, we were able to make a decision as to which car would be best suited to our needs.
Paul arranged a test drive, allowing us to take the car to our home address to make sure it would fit in our garage. As a result we purchased a car that same day thanks to Paul’s knowledge and guidance.
He was open, honest and amusing.

My mother Sue Upadhyaya had an outstanding experience when she had a problem with her Kia Picanto. She discussed her problem with Ryan who gave her an appointment to look at the car within 48 hours. Ryan then proactively ordered the part he thought she needed. He ordered the correct part and her car was fixed on the same day and cleaned too! Extremely happy with this service and particularly Ryan so thank you!
