Very grateful to the staff here who supports my parents in getting a better car that met their needs last weekend. I have been buy from Quality Part X when they had just one place in London. I knew they would be a success. There prices are extremely fair. They offer top money on your part exchange too. They are very genuine honest people. Obviously they make money.. But that's what business is about. But these people won't hurt you. They are fair. At the moment they don't have the vehicle I want. But I will be visiting them soon. And I know they can find exactly what I want. And if I decide to part exchange. I know I will get top value for my car. It's was surplied by them. I recommend that you pay a visit. Even if you don't see what you want. Have a quiet word. These boys will find, exactly what you want. Believe me. You won't be disappointed.

Just had my Citreon serviced. It's been 1 whole year since I bought my car from this garage at Stevenage. I don't really leave reviews, call it lazy or I simply forget. However 1 whole year of driving this family car, I must say bravo to this company. I liked it from the moment I saw it, but played hard to get to get the price down. No pushy salesman just a wonderful service from start to finish. The car was given with a fresh AA service, new Mot and cleaned inside and out.

Its been a joy to drive this car over the past year. It was 1 owner from new with full dealer history and I'm so glad I found it so local to me. I live in Hertfordshire so didn't travel far.

Amy in the office deserves a special mention for her outstanding service. She efficiently handled all the paperwork, tax documents, and even sorted out a V62, putting my mind completely at ease.

Additionally, I was initially informed that there was no spare key, but to my pleasant surprise, it arrived in the post a couple of weeks later. This level of aftercare is something I haven't seen at other dealerships and it was a delightful surprise that emphasised their commitment to customer satisfaction.
