Nice little cafe. Good choice of drinks and treats. Hot cross bun scone was lovely. Lady serving was super efficient, friendly and helpful. Suggested the afternoon tea option as it was cheaper than the tea/scone price. So got bonus jam and clotted cream! 👍

Ordered some fitted sheets from Dunelm as I couldn't find small double sheets elsewhere. The process was easy and an email confirmation was sent. You then get regular email updates and a final one on the day of delivery. Sheets look good and the company are very efficient. Would use again.

I've tried to call three times today to speak to the store manager to no avail as no one is answering the phone. However I want to point out just how impressed we were with young Riley on Saturday evening. We had decided on a rug to buy but while initially he wasn't sure if it was in stock he went to the warehouse anyway, didn't think it was available, then checked on the company's system and indeed you did have one. Back he went to the warehouse and discovered it (it was in the wrong place). It was creased and a bit grubby on the back but as we really wanted this particular one we bought it anyway. So please forward our thanks and gratitude to Riley for his excellent service, he deserves a decent Christmas bonus as you have a real gem there.

We visited the Pausa cafe in Harlow today and were served by two very lovely young ladies - Zeta and Chiugi (I hope you will forgive me, Chiugi, if I have not remembered the spelling correctly). They went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. (And made great coffee too.) Sue

Was there on Saturday to get some bedding, curtains and poles. Knowing what poles and curtains was more difficult than i thought so we asked for help from one of the staff. Luckily for us we got Mary who was just amazing! Knows her stuff that lady! Thank you Mary for making an easy experience for us.

Just left Dunelm with a click and collect order. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Thank you especially to the lovely Tracy who helped take my things to the car! Absolutely wonderful.

Easy, free parking. Dunelm has a good variety of goods, pleasant cafe and clean facilities. Pleasant and friendly staff.

large shop with lots of homeware for all rooms of your house, not badly priced and even better when there’s a sale, staff are really nice too.

I absolutely love this store, needed some gifts in here for Christmas and got everything I needed as I normally can. Also bought some lovely Christmas decorations. Popped in after Christmas to pick up few items, especially a new lamp after our one gave up over the festive period and once again got all that I needed. Good on you Dunelm well done and for the helpful and pleasant staff!!!

I ordered two sofas and had two very charming and professional delivery drivers. They were very kind and polite and all with a smile. I am very grateful for that help off Chris and Ope for all they did. Amazing service thankyou.

Popped into store and had a delicious bacon sandwich,their bacon is tasty and the tea was good. They have such a selection of goods and I purchased some Xmas crackers that will look so luxurious on the day. I'm going back to decide what pedal bin to buy as there was so much choice at resonance prices. Staff are always friendly and helpful

Large car park off Edinburgh way Harlow. Very reasonably priced goods, bean bags, cushions, throws, garden furniture, lighting and cleaning items. Some good bargains!

Probably my favourite store in town. Everything under one roof at affordable prices. Cafe is a nice size (not too big) and again, reasonable prices.
Nothing seems too much trouble for any member of staff.

.Saturday probably not the best day to go as shop very busy but an assistant although not the expert gave us valuable help and when the expert became available she helped us finish our selection and talked us through the order. Very pleased with help received and surprised how low the price was. Afterwards we went to the cafe area and ess serveb by friendly smiling staff. A grest shopping experiencr!

I went to dunelm in Harlow today in need of something specific and a wonderful lady named (Sue) assisted me, she was incredibly helpful. Also she was polite, happy and patient and helped me to find exactly what I needed. Thanks Sue you are amazing.
