Did my weekly shopping here this week what a lovely store. I have been shopping at Asda Cannock for years, but have finally had enough of shopping there now, as it has gone downhill in many ways over recent years. My husband and I we're very impressed with everything at Morrisons, a very well run store. Actually a pleasure to shop now, can't fault anything.

I visited your store Friday 9/12/22 around 1.30pm. I came in especially for your fresh salmon offer which I purchased & also needed some beautiful flowers for a gift as I always think that you have the best selection out of all the supermarkets. I found a gorgeous Christmas plant arrangement, there was one arrangement that had been dressed in cellophane & a beautiful bow which looked ideal for a gift but there was no price on it. I found one of your colleagues, Lesley who went out of her way to find the price for me, nothing was too much trouble. She was so friendly & attentive. She’s a real credit to your staff, excellent customer service. Just thought I would inform you of my excellent customer experience today!

Classic supermarket with there own butchers, bakery, etc

I never feel compelled to write reviews usually however I visited this Morrisons for the first time today and the lovely staff and store well surpassed any expectations I've had in a supermarket. The store was spotless, including the toilets and the cafe. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Will definitely shop here again. The management should be very proud of their store and team.

Went to collect for click and collect. Easy to notify I was there and very fast polite customer service. 10 out 10

We have just been to collect our Christmas food order, our collection time was 2-2.25pm we pulled onto the car park at 2 and were on our way home at 2.08. The orders were all ready in the conservatory, the staff members were friendly and helpful. Well done 👏

Lovely place very cheap great for your purse staff always ready to help the carpark is massive as lots of disabled spaces by the doors which is what I am loads of trollies just love it ❤

I have been shopping online with them the last 3yrs but today I managed to go to the shop by taxi and everyone was very helpful they packed my bags and put in the trolley for me Due to aving to walk on 2 crutches,very happy they helped me.Thankyou.x

Good price, great selection of fresh fruit, vegetable, meat and freshly in-store baked bakery products. Always got what I needed.

Very helpful and polite staff. I work as a support worker, I come in each week and I know the person I support will always have a joke ,laugh and a conversation with the staff.This makes this person's day .Talks about the experience all day with a smile. It was my husbands 80th birthday yesterday,he went shopping in the Cannock store and I was meeting him there later for breakfast, as a assistant was helping him he mentioned it was his 80th and they announced over the tanoy and the manageress of the cafe came to find him to say come to Cafe after shopping for a free breakfast and cake,. How nice was that, we both enjoyed a lovely breakfast with lovely staff, an experience we will both remember.
