DIY store with everything you need for the house and garden. They sell timber and offer a cut to size service at a reasonable price! Staff are always pleasant. Recommend from me !

Looking for a new door knocked and they had the very one.

First time using click and collect here. Will definitely use again. Very simple process, no waiting very easy to use. Parking can sometimes be an issue as the store is quite big but the car park is shared with other stores.

Ordered a new shower unit, really helpful assistant. It was a non stock item, delivery arrived on the specified day. Great.

When you cant get to Wednesbury branch on the weekend because the access to the carpark is blocked by a traffic jam of cars trying to go to Ikea, this is the next nearest.

Staff here is so kind and helpful. Everything is clean and we'll placed. One of my favourite shops where to spend money. Big choice in plants 👍

Good sized store with friendly helpful staff. Popped in for some bark for the garden, which we purchased with no major issues. We did initially struggle to find one of the larger trollies but no a massive issue

Saved a packet on their own mixed paint as opposed to Dulux products Jayke sorted the job right out....

B&Q Cannock got everything I needed with out any problems staff brilliant mixed paint for me didn't have to wait as walking around store collecting what I needed collect paint from counter was ready for me made it easy

Not sure why but there weren't a lot of things in stock in the area we were looking in... luckily we were nearby and didn't make a trip especially.

Always a great service from the staff, they are very friendly and helpful. They stock so many items and I can usually get everything I need for a competitive price. Quite a big store which is laid out nice, good selection of paints and tools. Top place to get DIY essentials and usually have offers and bargains too.

Amazing service from both Natasha and ian who helped us place a large order at the trade counter, even when my order didn’t arrive, it was sorted straight away and the items arrived a couple of hours later which was brilliant. Couldn’t recommend the store enough, always happy to help!
