Excellent customer service. Alex is really professional, helped me choose the right vacuum, I had my pet, English Springer Spaniel with me, all the staff were excellent but Alex went above and beyond, carried my vac to the Car and was professional through out. I would highly recommend this store. 5 stars. Sholto Eaton.

Ordered a fridge online and went to pick up. No issues with waiting or queuing Jeff the Curry’s assistant came straight over, sorted my order out and even took the fridge all the way to the car for me. Excellent professional and friendly service. So pleased after this had a look around the well displayed and clean store and made another purchase. Great Curry’s with everything you need

Ordered new washing machine from Cannock Currys got it delivered few days after txt following a call delivery on time staff first class washer placed in side house without problems.

Very helpful staff. We ordered a tv and was delivered damaged. We rang curry’s customer services and they was no help as said we need to take the tv back to the store (pointless paying for delivery) we borrowed a car big enough to take the tv back and the staff at this store where amazing and apologised for how customer service handled it.
I am giving five stars for the store but don’t count on much help if you have to call customer service.

Large store and easy to get around. Very helpful staff. Got what we wanted and everything sorted with no fuss. Just waiting on delivery. I hope as good as the store.

The first shark hoover i purchased from currys was faulty but they were really fast in sending a replacement. Customer service was excellent from them! Will definitely shop at currys again, they offer competitive prices and have finance available.

Made a order online I payed for it and waited 2 days for a email to say my ps5 was ready to collect but the order didn't go through properly but no problem for manager Dave went above and beyond to sort everything out he's a asset to your company best service I've ever had when buying something highly recommend to buy from this store

I wanted a fridge over the weekend, this guy helped me out called kian, he understood everything I was asking and showed me the best product worth my money, very happy with the service and would definitely return.

Curry’s always competitive great shop knowledgeable staff always a pleasant experience.. if they haven’t got it in stock they will get it for you quite quickly

It's a decent sized store with plenty of stock. They regularly have some good sale items too. Staff have always been really helpful whenever we have been in there.

Recently purchased iPad from cannock store. Cheaper than many stores and excellent service. Sam & Miles (sales) couldn’t have been more helpful. Very friendly, efficient & informative. Thankyou can’t fault

I went to Currys and am very glad I did I purchased a new mobile and Georgie the customer consultant was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her when I asked questions as I am not very savvy with mobiles or technology so I was so peased with my experience at this store.

I purchased a new mobile phone . I was served by Adele who went out her way to be helpful and explain things to me. She was very patient and really knew what she was talking about. Many thanks to her for all her help.

You can find top quality and expensive stuff but also very economical and still quality stuff.
I bought a printer for £39 and paid extra 10 for 3 years Waranty can't really complain.
