I stay here rather frequently, the hotel rooms are a bit on the small side and beer prices are a bit dear but everything else here is great! I can’t say enough nice things about the people who work here and some of the regular customers Every member of the kitchen and office staff I’ve met are attentive , friendly and professional also it doesn’t hurt to mention I’m a massive fan of the lasagna.

Great fresh food which is all cooked to order and there’s a good selection to choose from also good prices too. It does get pretty busy during the weekdays. Very friendly staff and a lot of seating. Highly recommended

Am not a 'trucker', but visit weekly on a Friday morning with my elderly neighbour for a mega breakfast which ALWAYS hits the mark. If the food and service is that good, my mark of 5 stars for the rooms is a complete guess, as I have no idea 🤷 Great and tasty food though, and quick at delivering.. 👍👍

Quiet (no traffic noise) comfortable plenty of hot water - what's not to like? A chair would be nice too. Friendly staff free tea & coffee. Excellent breakfasts. Would use again.

A good clean transport cafe on the side of the busy A5.
Can be very difficult to turn right when you come to leave.
Especially in a long vehicle.
It isn't too far to turn left to a roundabout od back track.

We live local so only use the truck stop for lunch and dinner. We go here at least once a month as the food is lovely, comes out quickly and the staff are lovely too.
We had Sunday dinner here today I had turkey and my husband had the beef. Loads of veg and meat lots of mash, wish there was more roast potatoes as you only get two, I only like a small amount of gravy as well and I had loads, if they sent the gravy out in a gravy boat, dinners could then add their own. Other than that the meal was lovely. For the price it’s well worth the visit, less than £25 for two including soft drinks. Would highly recommend for food if you are passing on the A5 between j12 M6 and Cannock.

I've eaten there a few times as I live local! Got to say the food is top quality. I had a daily special last time , which was a chillie it certainly hit the spot. Also recommend the braised steak which was excellent and very tender

Easy access on a main road,..truck wash.. ample parking...diesel pumps......good breakfast . bar..overnight sleeping...good place to stop

Great place if you fancy a quick cheap meal. I had a small breakfast, and my partner had cottage pie with veg chips and gravy. We both really enjoyed it.

Used the truck wash yesterday and they were very pleasant and did a great job on the truck. Toilets were clean.

Nice location for truck parking just off the m6. Decent food secure parking. On snap as well. Everything you need really.
