Joe is king. Best customer service I have ever experienced. Polite, professional, efficient, considerate, and knowledgeable. Why can’t more people be like Joe. Joe deserves this commendation and Halfords should give him a pay rise. Absolute legend. Joe, you don’t know me, but I want you to know that I appreciate you. The world does.

Excellent service received from Leigh when purchasing a car seat. She offered to fit the car seat and explained in great detail about the seat. I then had to return the next day to return the seat because I had ordered the wrong one. She removed the seat carried out the return and sorted me out with the correct seat I needed. Excellent service.

I popped into this establishment for some engine coolant earlier today and was convinced my eyes were cheating me in some way as I was met with the friendly countenance of Joe.

I have fond recollections of this gentleman stacking shelves in meticulous fashion or giving welcoming winks and smiles to customers of the Great Wyrley Co-operative, an establishment notorious for it's mean spirited and morally degrading members of staff. Joe, however, shone like a beacon in a distant darkness and brought a warm feeling inside the bosom of this world weary traveller as he attempted to navigate the barren and desolate wasteland of this swirling cesspool of commerce.

I am pleased to announce however that Joe has brought his trademark warmth, professionalism and treasure trove of knowledge to Halfords, where I am sure he will become a firm favourite amongst clientele and employees alike.

If this guy ever gets a fan club, sign me up as president.

So happy with the men upstairs on the cycling section. Genuinely polite and helpful. Helped me choose my item, gave spot on advice, I had trouble with the app as I was trying to order online and the one lad really helped put me at ease and helped me. They even called to let me know my order had gone through. Thankyou!!!!

Went in after my cars headlights stopped working fearing it might be a faulty relay, but was quickly put ease when it turned out it was simply the bulbs that had gone. Sarah and Lewis were both incredibly helpful and I really can't fault their service.

I attended the store for a battery check, the technician came out and asked me to switch off engine, and checked both batteries. He confirmed they were low on voltage and required a good long drive to boost them up. When I tried to start the van, it would not start.
The technician got the jump pack, still no good, tried the heavy duty jump pack, still no good, tried both at the same time, still no good. He bought a larger new battery, still no good. He removed the existing battery, it was areal pain, had to remove fuse boxes, cables. Fitted a new battery, fired up straight away. Awesome service.

Booked to have a Halo pro dashcam fitted. Good price and slot for fitting was very convenient. Met the fitter as I pulled up, very helpful and friendly. Positioned my car to stop it getting wet, as it was raining quite hard. He sent me a voice mail to say it was ready. All good, works fine, now the camera rear cover removed, lol. Smooth and efficient service. Very happy.

Best value I could find anywhere for this dashcam and the fitting service for £50 was excellent they took an hour to do what would have taken me at least a day and I can't see where the guy has hidden the cables. Great job

Exceptional service yesterday on a battery fit from Sara(h) and Alan - they worked tirelessly in the rain for around an hour to ensure my vehicle was up-and-running again. Very friendly service as it was fitted, and the battery was a good competitive price too.

I think my servers name was Daniel, anyway, super nice from the get go, conversation was good, he checked what needed to be done to my bike, told me priced it all up and told me he could contact me when it was finished. To which he did, very polite and very helpful, even highered my seat and lowered my brakes for me. Honestly, the best service I’ve had in Halfords Cannock, since getting my electric bike over 12 months ago. Thank you so much!

Top notch service, friendly and efficient staff.
Ordered a replacement car battery online at 2pm, went to the store to have it fitted and was back home for 3pm, plus it was £100 cheaper than what a garage had quoted the day before.

Sarah & John were extremely helpful, pleasant and polite. Sarah fitted parts for me, she is friendly
& very knowledgeable and capable with all things mechanical. Thank you Sarah you're an assett to the company. A great team at Halford Cannock. Highly recommended.

Popped in to enquire about a 10 point car health check and the staff working on the tills was very helpful and got my car looked at straight away. JJ who carry out the checks was very knowledgable and had great customer service. I would highly recommend.

I called this store to see if they had stock of a certain MTB as no store near me had the stock or selection. I was thinking I'd get away with just going off the online sizes to order one but Daniel convinced me to come into store to try the different sizes.
When I got to the store I tried the different sizes and got advice on which the best bike and accessories were to get. The thought Dan put into the process was as if he would, I imagine, do for when choosing his own bike.
The service was that good that I didn't even think of ordering the bike to another store closer and instead was happy to drive the 1.5 hour round trip to come back to pick up the bike, which was done within the day when I called up to arrange it.
Definitely got upsold the premium cycle care but I'm glad he mentioned it as it meant I got discounts on accessories and future services.
The impression I get from other stores is that the service and maintenance of a customers bike was a hassle but Dan and his colleagues were enthusiastic and genuinely interested in bikes to the extent that I feel I could trust them with a proper service when I need one in the future.
Again, the customer service was on point and I couldn't have done it better for myself.
