Wasn't here for myself, a friend was sorting their phone, but the staff were all very accommodating, friendly and patient. The lady helping us was absolutely lovely with my 4 year old and made a big effort to include her in what was going on.

So happy with the experience that I received in the EE Broughton was served by a lovely young lady called Brydie. Explained everything I was getting and helped me with all of my enquiries. If visiting the ee store I would recommend asking for her. I felt so comfortable and at ease as getting a new phone is usually so worrying. It was a pleasure to be there and so pleased with my new phone
