Always plently of produce to choose from l tried from fresh chicken tika with wedges delicious and so quick to make good value at £8 certainly try all the other variations in the range

I went to M&S Broughton today and had a fantastic experience which deserves a review. I was struggling round the store with a buggy in one hand, basket in the other just about to go to the till and a member of staff came over and asked if he could take my basket to the till for me. I didn’t get his name but I really appreciated the help and the fact that this member of staff went above and beyond to help with my in store experience. Then at the till I’d accidentally got the wrong products for a special offer. Two members of staff helped me get a refund for the products in the offer and change them for the right products for the deal. I really appreciated the support and will definitely be coming back. Thank You to M&S Broughton!

Love this shop, great parking facilities, superb food and wonderful helpful staff.
I must say that Robbie and the other lady who work on the bakery (sorry just can't think of your name) are amazing, friendly and helpful. Jill at the self service is always chatty and helpful as are pretty much all of the staff there - it really is a very friendly shop to buy from, almost to the point where it feels like a small family run business.
Well done M&S for creating such a lovely place to shop.

I would like to thank Annette for her kindness and understanding when I arrived at the food collection desk terribly stressed, anxious and running late for our Launch Event on Saturday. She sorted out my order and calmly loaded it all into my car. Thanks Annette you made my day :)

Absolutely fantastic food! We bought everything online, booked a pick up date and it was as easy as that. We were originally going to hire a caterer but as they let us down this was our plan B. I have to say that in future, M&S Food will be our plan A, it was delicious.

Always a great place to shop as the products are excellent - especially fresh fruit and veg, fish, chicken, cold meats, ready meals and the in-store bakery. The lovely staff make it feel like a proper local shop. Strict queuing and social distancing makes this the safest place to shop during the pandemic. I've done all my food shopping here since Covid restrictions happened and will continue to do so.

Excellent as always, went to collect an order and feeling a little lazy after a long day at work a quick ready meal , the assistant that gave me my order put my few bits of shopping through on the order till and arranged the boxes of my order in there too. Truly thoughtful good service- excellent

I went to M&S to buy some boxes of their lovely chocolate biscuit selection.

I also purchased three of their novely outdoor flower arrangements. One was a robin, one was a turkey and the other a penguin. They were reasonably priced and looked lovely. I was very pleased with them.

The staff were polite and helpful. I appreciated that there was a person on the door counting people in and out. There was hand sanitizer available as well. Felt safe inside as there was good social distancing.

There is always something special about the Mark and Spencer food. It is thrully special and for me impossible to be reproduced at home. It is understandable that for the experience of having such a great taste, you have to pay a fare, as such M&S makes no difference; it is an expensive place, indeed; still my review will get full marks, adding the fact that some of they meals could be purchased as a deal for a better price.

My favourite food store. Their vegetarian range has expanded. I find the fruit and vegetables the best quality, for taste and freshness. Easy ready meals that taste great, better than most stores.

Brilliant. M&S have been fantastic during Covid. The store in Broughton have constantly monitored the number of people allowed In the store at any given time. They still disinfect the trollies before allowing shoppers to use them. The staff are cheerful and helpful at all times. Thank you I have felt very safe shopping in this store.

I looked again for the White Orkney Crab Meat and with no luck, went to the customer service desk. I was told, it's not always available. Went a bit disappointed to pay for my goods. One till was not working and manager Aaron
said sorry to customers for the inconvenience. I was luck to ask Aaron about the crab meat and "as always", he guided me to ring up the store around 9am, any day to check the stock. Excellent customer service! Thank you Aaron!!! Also a big thank you to Paula for all her efforts on the 15th November.

Not Many in the store its well set out to cope with the virus well stocked got every thing i went in for there fresh lasagne and parmesan & garlic rustic wheel are really nice and the staff where very friendly.

Really convenient and well stocked but could do with a much larger cafe area as on each visit the cafe is always so very busy and no seats available

Absolutely brilliant service and thanks for my turkey which was meant to be £75.00 reduced to £10. Unbelievable 😊 Happy New Year
