Mike and Tee both genuine guys and helpful when purchasing new car, hand over a complete breeze with Paul and goes through all you need to know about the car, when it comes to servicing Lindsey is amazing and service you get is spot on everytime.
I’ve purchased from Evans Halshaw and Halliwell Jones in the past non are a patch on Lindop.

Excellent from start to end. Easy to book in. Lovely staff on reception, very friendly and helpful. Great service. Also valeted my car which was unexpected. Just forgot to replace my dashcam so there was a beeping on the way home, but found it and once recharged, it was fine. The wait during the service was very pleasant with hot drinks and a lovely seating area. I've always had fantastic service from all staff at Toyota Queensferry, would highly recommend.

Very close to a deal on aygo x but not close enough. Friendly staff and nice coffee though.

Was contacted when my service was due and it was easy to book a date. My car was collected, the service and MOT were done (both to my complete satisfaction), the car was washed and hoovered and returned to me well before the end of the day. I could not wish for better service from this dealer and I continually recommend them to friends and family.

I recently purchased my first Toyota from Lindops Queensferry. From my first visit to my last I encountered nothing but friendly & approachable team members. On the sales side Tom & Mike have been extremely helpful answering all my queries patiently demonstrating the many features of the CH-R. My car went back in today to fit front & rear dash cams, John from the service side couldn’t have been more helpful keeping me informed of progress. I also spoke to Sue from accounts, very friendly & helpful. All 4 a credit to the company. Finally I would like to wish Tom all the best for his future.

Fantastic Toyota dealership, plenty of stock of new and used cars, the site looks well maintained and spotless.

Service carried out very efficiently and in time slot agreed. All the staff were friendly. I waited whilst service carried out, free coffee and comfy chairs for those who wait on premises. A short walk to a few shops useful too to stretch your legs.

Just picked our new Toyota CH-R up today, Mike was really helpful, friendly and efficient. He went above and beyond to deliver us great service. Highly recommended. Thanks Mike!

My mum lost her engine oil cap yesterday, and keith was so helpful by ordering her a new one and calming her down. When to Toyota dealership this morning hasn’t arrived but Keith and Scott when out there way to find one that would fit.. excellent customer service lucky Scott found the old one in engine shield. Thankyou once again off to Scotland we go….

Excellent service again from lindop,this is our third purchase and as previous the customer service and communication was brilliant.Mike evans was always available for advice and updates.the purchase and handover were trouble free.Mike also went though setting up the my Toyota app to link to mobile and also went through all the safety and driving features.

I picked up a used car today and Mike Evans did the handover. I can’t thank Mike enough for taking the time to go through all key items I needed to know to use all the features in the car along with the my Toyota App. I feel Mike went above and beyond with the help he gave. Some garages don’t seem at all focused on their customer service but Lindop are the complete opposite. Also, a call out for Tee who be bought the car off. No high pressure sales, just someone who was keen to ensure we got the car that was right for us.

I took my car here for a 100,000 mile service. The staff were super friendly and accomodating. Ryan went through my service report with me over the phone which was great because I'm not always the best with technology. I really appreciated his kindness and patience!

I'd endorse Lindop Toyota Queensferry because of their exceptional customer service and explanation of what every car we looked at had to offer. We had no intention of buying a vehicle on that day but with the right deal for our car (way above any offer anywhere) and the right price and availability to drive straight away for our new Aygo we couldn't leave without it. Huge shout out to lee Baxter who helped every step of the way without any added pressure
