The Range, Queensferry

Have always had what I've needed. Recently used the online click & collect. Item was ready within an hour of ordering.

Item ordered - Gazebo. Easy to build, great price, looks nice.

Large shop in Deeside Retail Park with everything for the home, garden, pets, DIY and craft. It's got a cafe, free parking and toilet facilities.

I went to get art supplies.. they have a very good variety or Range..lol says it in the name. Their prices are good and uou get some great colours.

Really good customer service manager helped me find the correct product

Called in the Range in Queensferry to buy some plants, the lady who works in the garden centre was was very knowledgeable and was extremely helpfull and she has been on numerous occasions when I have shopped there, her name was Samdra she is a credit to the company Thank you

Revamped shop now with Iceland inside and updated cafe with excellent priced breakfasts very good improvements

Chris went the extra mile to find the Delicate Gem Metal Art Tree that appeared to be out of stock, after 10 minutes he eventually found one. A very helpful and pleasant person.

I find the staff very helpful, if I cannot find what I'm looking for, they push the boat out to help.

Hi I was At your deeside store a few Weeks ago and I Spoke to the Two Ladies it was on a Sunday they were putting the Christmas Items out they were very helpful especially the Lady who had the Lizard 🦎 tattoo on her arm she ordered a small dog kennel for me it's nice to go into a store were the staff go the extra mile they are both a great asset to your company yours Mr Steve pierce from the Wirral

Fantastic store, but cafe very diapointing, i arrived at 2.50 and asked for a toastie, none were available because the ovens had been turned off. I asked what time they closed expecting to be told 3pm but no it was 3.50, and the staff have to make sure they are cold before they finish! They had clearly been off for a while and I know they do not take over a hour to cool down. I settled for a scone which was dry and tasteless. Will not be using the cafe again.

Excellent Customer service from Declan today. Tbf all the staff are lovely, but I've never really had cause to ask for help until today, buying a razor for my teenage son, I asked for help from a man so I got the right stuff. Declan was not only helpful and considerate, he put alot of effort into explaining how best to shave, what's good for young sensitive skin and using a post shave balm etc. He picked out a few things and said if He needed any more help or advice I could call and ask for him and he would talk my son through it. It almost brought a tear to my eye. As a retail manager myself, I have fairly high standards of service and Declan surpassed them all. Thank you.

I was served by Chris, an older,retired fella, he was brilliant, came from lunch early because I asked for him, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble, if you're going to this store, definitely ask for Chris x

Fabulous customer service experience today from a lovely guy called Chris, he was so helpful to a blind neighbour of mine that I had taken to The Range In Queensferry. My neighbour, Dave, said he’d really enjoyed his trip to the store as Chris was able to answer so many queries and happily went out of his way to help find the items he was looking for.

Visited The Range today and was looking for a photo frame. I approached a young man who was busy sorting shelves and asked for his help. He was extremely polite and very helpful. I asked for his name as I wanted to leave a review. He was Daniel the Manager of the store. He is a great reole model for his staff excellent service thanks so much from a very happy customer 🙂

I have been coming to the range for many years and recently I have noticed a massive improvement in your displays both in the front of store and within. It’s always very tidy now (both stock on shelf’s and in general) and easier to get around the store (as I am a wheelchair user), there isn’t items just left in the way so I cannot get through. Massive improvements all around.
