I had my first ever opticians appointment and it was a very relaxed appointment with people who were great at their jobs.

Went in for a regular eye test.
They were all very professional and they seem to have all the latest equipment.
They were very busy - always a good sign
However I was seen straight away.
Recommended!

Neil at Boots Opticians in Broughton was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to fit new lenses to my husbands Sunglasses. Absolutely amazing customer service, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Neil.

Broughton Boots Pharmacy has been brilliant throughout my travel vaccination process. As someone with an extreme needle phobia, Taqwa was the most reassuring and professional pharmacist I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. She was nothing short of incredible! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Made a massive saving on perfume as was on clearance Valentino £75 for 100ml. Very pleasant staff. Store well setup, clean and well stocked. A pleasure to shop.

Excellent staff and state-of-the-art equipment. Very friendly and professional. Just had an eye test, having received a letter telling me it was due. Easy to book online. I think they have got even more equipment! They did a thorough job.

Good variety of products and services. Late opening pharmacy that is extremely useful to the local area. Good choice of quality glasses and lenses supplied after having a thorough eye examination there. Hearing tests are also available. Hygiene products, cosmetics, baby supplies are available as well as all other typical products for health and wellbeing. A number of tills available, only overwhelmed on occasion e.g Christmas and the following bout of returns and sales. Usually friendly and helpful staff. Very good store that is indispensable.

I've attended the Opticians within the shop on a number of occasions. I find the staff very competent and friendly, and I will continue to be a returning customer.
