Love Iceland good staff polite and helpful it's not the cheapest place but it's damm well better than tesco ripping ppl off Iceland need a bigger store up Hanley thou food warehouse is part of Iceland yet few go in it and it too is good and have reduced food bargains

Went shopping here today(31st May).
Had an all round good experience but in particular the lady on the till was lovely. Her name was Deborah and she was polite,chatty,knowledgeable and a pleasure to meet. She was a very genuine person. Thanks Deborah you are an asset to Iceland.

Quick for shopping good car park area and free. Big deals on food like 3for the price of 2⭐🥳

You can get most things now from Iceland. Some stuff a bit pricey but no more so than supermarkets. Very friendly staff. Felt like I'd known the lady on the till years. She was so pleasant and friendly. Even the security guy gave us a smile.

Cheapest and nicest place for microwave meals. Kids love the spaghetti bol

Customer service was excellent. Variety of things to buy. It was more of a one stop for me, unfortunately I couldn't find moisturizer and that's the only thing that took me shopping elsewhere. Otherwise am enjoying Iceland BBQ wings as I write this review. Definitely recommend!

Nice staff, very helpful and make shopping a safe and enjoyable experince. Loads of great meal deals to had, going to get another frozen food freezer as one on main fridge freezer does'nt have enough room for bargains.

Some of the friendliest staff around. Even when the store was frankly cut off from the main shopping area for 10 months thanks to a badly planned demolition project by the city council, it meant the staff had more time to actually speak to customers. That kind of interaction is largely nonexistent these days but its customer service at its best.

I prefer eggs because they're cheaper. Lolz 😆

I shop at Iceland alot it's not to bad prices are so so atm an to get your freezer food is a must

Very helpful staff. if the shelf hasn't got what you went for they quite happily go and look in the stock room to see if there is any left and if they haven't got it they say try again tomorrow it should be the next delivery
