The staff who welcomed us was very nice. He gave us an option where to sit as we have booked. I ordered at the bar and the food was served straight away. My daughter and husband enjoyed their starter which was mozzarella bites and commented it was tasty. I had chicken wings and it was great. For mains, my daughter loved her burger and I liked my pie although I found it a bit sweet for my liking. My husband said the mixed grill was nearly excellent apart from the steak which was a bit over cooked for him. I was asked how the steak was going to be cooked and I said medium rare however it wasn’t. All of it were served hot. For desserts, we had a choc fudge cake which was a little bit dry and an okay sundae. But overall, I can’t fault the service. It was more than we expected.

Always enjoy coming here when visiting friends in the area. Inventive pub grub menu so always struggle to choose. Great salads and pizzas. I don't normally have dessert but couldnt say no to sherry trifle cheesecake. Jamie and Angel were lovely and very welcoming. Nice to see people who clearly take pride in the company they work for and what they do. Jamie is very informative on breweries and beer in general.

Visited today for food, the food was good. Our server Hannah was very knowledgeable of the menus and gave us some good recommendations. She seated us really quickly, and was super helpful and friendly! Was great value and the kids really enjoyed it. Thanks Hannah!

The cotton mill is a fabulous place, with the atmosphere being wonderful and the food being even better. Servers are always nice and meet you with a smile, special thanks to Jayne and Jamie for being polite. The price is reasonable for the portion sizes you get and the food is high quality. Definitely recommend if your look for a chill place to eat or just fantastic food in general.

The food was absolutely delicious, the best tomato soup I've ever tasted. Excellent service from Jamie and Angel. Will definitely come back for our Xmas meal next year. All 6 of us really enjoyed our evening. Thank you, keep up the good work. Lynn.

Great food. Came really quickly! Can order at bar or at the table with a QR code. Great selection of food, I had a cheeseburger with fries and it was great. Lovely food, lovely staff, lovely place, and great price!

Visiting the area on business and called in on a Monday, mid afternoon. Although no reservation we were found a table quite quickly.
A good range of drinks, and tasty food cooked satisfactory.
A mention for cheerful staff member, 'Elizabeth ' who was helpful in answering any questions we had whilst also tending to other tables/wiping down etc etc.
Would go back if in area again.

Previous experiences have been good, came at Xmas for story time with elf which had been cancelled .....Jamie really showed us excellent service to my 2 nieces and gave them a good Xmas spirit even though there was no story time.
Visited again tonight for a friends birthday again excellent service by a young female member of staff training a young male member of staff again came into contact with Jamie .. lovely staff 👌

Lovely place to eat with the family. The kitchen apprentice that works there is fabulous and made us lovely pizza! The kids really enjoyed!

Adequate car parking available, overall the restaurant is clean, tidy and well presented. Easy to find a table and order at the bar. Great selection of drinks, while bar staff are friendly and welcoming.
Very wide choice of menu across a wide range of meals. I had the mixed grill which was excellent. It had good sized meat portions, all cooked as requested, good quality and very tasty. My Wife had Hunters chicken, she was equally as pleased with her choice.
We shall certainly visit again before too long.

This is the first pub I have visited that I have not had a need to complain the service we received from jack and another lad was excellent customer service and the food came out quickly and tasted amazing and was served hot even after going the bar get more drinks then food was still hot . Certainly worth going to and will definitely be back and the management needs to recognise what amazing staff they have which I'm sure they do .

Always find it a good welcoming atmosphere.
The food and drink is always 100%
Had a nice chat with Jamie and he's very welcoming and likes feedback from customers.
It's local friendly and reasonably priced.
Defo recommend a visit if you've not tried it.

First class bar and food service. Attentive, polite and prompt. Downside: no Pedigree beer on , only Hob Goblin in terms of ales. This meant we only drank water rather beer so you lost out on that front. Why no Pedigree considering you are a Marston’s pub?

Lovely experience here, was served by a pleasant, bubbly team member named Hannah, she couldn’t do enough for me, very welcoming and warm, which made the trip even better! Food was top and will definitely come again.

We booked last minuete as family were visiting. The whole team was friendly and helpful from start to finish. Food was nice, we all had mains and puddings. No issues at all, everything came out as ordered. Thank you for a lovely evening 😊

Ordered margarita pizza came fast and waitress was absolutely lovely (Rosie) , will be coming again as regulars

It's easy walking distance for me. My self and partner ordered steak .lm allergic to mushrooms so obviously didn't order any stating NO mushrooms but low and behold both plates had guess what YEEES loads of mushrooms. A part from that the meal was fine, had some extra chips and peppercorn sauce and with a pint each spent about 50 quid.
All in all not bad, fairly priced and would go again
