Plenty of parking. Easy ordering. Good value. Clean & tidy. Friendly staff. One of my favourite places to stop to rest/eat/drink.

Victor the shift manager has been absolutely fantastic. Came here with my nephews and he was so accommodating and friendly. Honestly can't praise him enough. Thank you for your service and kindness Victor you are amazing ! Keep it up !

Actually way better than KFC's Zinger Burger.

This was one of the best McDonald's I've been to. The staff was amazing and really helpful.

Lovely staff.

The usual McDonald's menu so we each ordered or 'usuals' (wraps and nuggets) via the order screens.

The food was delivered to our table very quickly despite the sudden arrival of coach load of hungry football fans. No complaints about the food at all.

What made this McDonald's stand out was the lovely staff: we had a good natured chat with one of the waitresses and one of the waiters cleared our table for us.

First McDonald's in 16 months. Only had a Box Max which I've totally missed. 🤣

Usual for McDonald's, serves a good purpose and next to my accommodation. Quiet place and staff really nice.

Nice walk on the pier, you can take a ride there and back on a small train driven by a very friendly guys.

Most attentative manager and staff I have seen for years in a McDonald's. Really felt like they cared about every single order. Deserve a bonus. 16:30 16/06/23

Actually just as expected. Got what I paid for and family seemed happy. Easy to order and service was swift despite a steady flow. A break in a long journey is a good excuse to eat junk food and it almost seems like a treat. 😄 Shame none of the staff cleaning tables or generally around saw fit to ask the family with 5 kids to control them. Racing all over the place? Around customers and tables. Parents seemed to encourage them. I wouldn't mark McD down for that as the busy staff can't be expected to police the services but maybe suggest some signs about no running etc.

Great setting in the atrium of a motorway service station with a view of a fountain, beside which there is outdoor seating available. It was busy when we visited but the staff seemed to be coping well

Excellent for fast food, staff are very friendly and always polite.
Taste does count the mcmuffin is great for a Breakfast and the fillet of fish is refreshing. Something different if not keen on chicken or burgers.
Great place! Give it a try.

Really good service, quick, friendly and efficient. We don't eat much fast food as a rule but needing a snack for the kids en route to our holiday destination the McDonald's was much more reasonably priced than the awful range of ready to eat food at the WHSmiths shop co.located at Stafford services. £5.49 for a curly and grey looking packaged sandwich or 99p for a McDonald's hamburger made fresh? It was a no brainer.
