B&Q Stoke-on-Trent - Meir Park

Huge selection. I can't imagine there's anything you couldn't find here. The only issue I've found is the website lists where things can be found, and this often doesn't correlate with reality, leading to confusion. The staff are usually helpful with finding things, but given the size of the store sometimes you end up not being able to find certain things very easily.

Every single time I go to B & Q at Meir, I look for help because I’ll be honest I am hopeless at DIY but God loves a trier!
Then my poor hubby has to fix it!
Anyway I look for an assistant for help and for some unknown reason it tends to be the same gentleman which I found out today is called Chris.
This man is always happy to help be and always goes above and beyond to give me 100% customer service and always with a smile and happy to help.
I tried to post this review via my receipt but it wouldn’t work, so I hope you see this!

What's there not to like about a big B&Q .
Got absolutely everything you could want for a small DIY job to a full house build , all your garden stuff , workweek, tools

For the biggest DIY chain in the UK, then if B&Q don't stock it on there shelves then your be hard pushed to find it elsewhere.
I really like this place, it's got most things you want for all those jobs around the house and all under one roof.
This store at Mier is in my opinion the in the area, it's great for parking, it's a big store with a good selection of items, great helpful and friendly staff.
I would point out, even though it's a great store and the store hours are great for getting you out of many a jam - for the bigger home projects, price up at a builders merchant just to compare prices, because you could save some well earned cash. But for most, I'd recommend this store.👍

Picked up my online order from the service desk. Think this is the second time or third time coming here, 🤔 the ladies have been absolutely 💯 % helpful 😀 and very polite. It's lovely to be welcomed ☺ by a smile 😃 cheerful face, and to be spoken to in such a welcomed manner .

Absolutely ginormous warehouse of a store. Stocks everything you can think of and more. Also has self service checkouts.

Biggest in Stoke-on-Trent area. I had with me a piece of wall to buy matching colour. They made it EXACTLY like my wall. I was surprised about this. Good prices and you defenately can find everything you need for your house and not only.

I think it’s the biggest B&Q around stoke. If I need to bulk buy or I have the time to spend looking around I always go to this shop. Friendly staff, huge selections of everything that you need and good price.

Great shop, nice big store means you can usually find what you need.

Sadly, on this experience, b&q didn't manage to fulfill my needs (10 rolls of wallpaper with the same batch number).
However, the help and exceptional customer service I received from a lovely lady named Clare, needs to be aknowledged. She went above and beyond to obtain the paper of my choice. Unfortunately, on this occasion it was fruitless, but it's so rare in this day and age to come across somebody in retail, to try as hard as clare did!

Well done Clare! You are are credit to B&Q! I hope they realise this and use you as an example to the other staff in there that couldn't be bothered to help me.

One of the big B & Q stores in the region. They have the service of cutting the panels/ shelves, etc for some extra £ inwhich is a great thing to have inhouse of the store. The garden section is great too, having a wide range of indoor and outdoor plants.

We ordered some items on click & collect, everything we wanted was stacked on a trolley ready to go to the car. Excellent service.

Staff are always helpful. Very large store so there’s a great selection of items. Very easy to get you and low likelihood of getting stuck in any traffic due to its location on the edge of town.

Plenty of stock and easy access down each aisle. Self checkout available and good sized car park on site.
