Great shopping as usual in £land. Check your prices though before adding to your trolley. Everything is not £1. Still value for money though. One member of staff was rude to myself and another customer this time because there wasn't a price on the item of clothing we wanted to purchase and told us to go and get one with a price as she couldn't leave the till area we both had the last item though and she couldn't be bothered to type the code in off the item so we had to wait. Also there was supposed to be 10% knocked off my item and we asked someone to do this and she just scanned the label that was on the item and didn't knock it off.

Not everything is a pound, don't let them fool you!!

Nice to be able to go on and shop! Aisles had p plenty of space to maintain social distancing. Well stocked shelves and plenty of choice. Good prices that we all come to expect. Clothing is lovely quality too. Staff very friendly and checkout safe and easy.

Had everything I went in for apart from one item. Permanent marker pen, only wanted one but only sold them in packs of 10.

Very welcoming store to go to. Staff are very approachable, is extremely clean which is always a good thing. Stock is set out nicely and easy to find. Many things are a bargain, could go somewhere for a picture frame and it'd cost £10, come to pound land and its literally £1, although not all items are £1. Beat place for a bargain.

My favourite shop in Hanley, great to just walk around in and spotting the bargains. There's always staff at the checkouts and on the entrance and exit, to welcome you and say good bye. There's rarely queues at the checkout even when the store is busy. Great place.

Brought several good movies on dvds for one pound each and blue ray dvds for two pounds each Large choice of variable products and helpful friendly staff if any advice needed, Recommend to everyone

This shops have lots of products that cost less, you can get all brands of products that cost from one pound, two, three, five pounds etc....... Depending on type you want, name any type except furnitures and bedding, it's a place full of people of all colours as everyone is looking for places of such where they get things to buy at less rate.
