Great place to actually go and look at electrical items, and speak to people who can give you advice. Large store, lots to browse around and enjoy. The fridge / freezer selection was just huge, everything you’d probably need was there. Tried on a few headphones, made a selection, and ordered online from Curry’s. Free parking.

As always, great place to shop. The staff are super helpful and, as a company, Curry's has one of the best returns policies for electronic goods I know of. It's so good we still have bricks and mortar shops like Curry's where it's possible to view big ticket items in person rather than just looking at an online image, especially for things like screens and laptops where there is no substitute for having access to the physical item.

The member of staff trying to help me find a mini usb cable was exceptional. Give him a raise for putting so much effort into it.
The manager he asked for assistance should get his wages docked. Sauntered over, vaguely pointed in a direction and then wandered off to stand in the middle of the shop.

The giant TVs are great to look at though.

I've been forced to change my view of Currys/PC World. I've been really impressed by how helpful they have been, way beyond what I would have expected. In particular, Paul has gone out of his way for me. The other staff I spoke to were also helpful and knowledgeable. I will certainly be buying from Currys again. Thank you.

The salesman was very helpful and not pushy. Suggested different tvs for my needs, not the most expensive.
The delivery men were on time and extremely polite. The TV was placed in the room where it was required

Been to currys today. Festival park S-o-T to get a new TV. The assistant' Andy' was brilliant.Very knowledgeable and super helpful. We are not ultra tech savvy , he made us feel very comfortable . No hard sell . Gave us enough space to discuss on our own but still thier to assist us . Pleasant experience today

Fantastic staff very helpful went in for a tv wall bracket came out with a new LG tv and sound bar slight difference from bracket £56 to £1900 tv

Used Currys three times this year Star was amazing with my new phone purchase and Paige was amazing too for our soundbar purchase sorry I can't remember the guy who we purchased the TV through

Bought a washing machine. Andy the sales person had worked for Curry's for 35 years. He new his stuff. Excellent guy.

The staff were very helpful, because they took their time and patience when it comes to purchase since I'm not from the UK. Highly grateful:)

Food what I wanted : a printer which got faulty after 2 months . I'd been offered a 3 year immediate replacement as a deal so brought it back to Currys in Hanley and they just got me a new one ... So no complaints so far about the service I was given on this occasion.

Went in for a hoover today the man with a mask with a shark top on was spot on and very helpful unfortantly didn't have the one in stock I wanted but staff everytime gone in so friendly and helpful

Brilliant, I went to collect my t.v, I only waited 10 mins and it was brought to me and he helped me put it in my car.

The store is well lit with clear signage showing you what is sold in which area. I was helped by Adam who was very patient when I asked lots of questions about the laptop I wanted to buy. The only thing that surprised me is the additional cost if you want WORD, virus protection or to pay for additional cover, if you have any faults.. overall it was a successful shopping visit.

I couldn't find what I wanted, but the staff were very friendly and knowledgable.
