Excellent customer service. We visited about a month ago. We were given Excellent advice and assistance in selecting the right bed for our needs. We were given a very competitive price for the make and model. Price included delivery. Delivery was completed by 2 very polite and helpful young men. Have never shopped here before, bought our last bed from John Lewis. Cannot rate this place high enough.

Amazing value for money. Very good quality. The best experience is in the shop where you get excellent customer service. I have returned to add more products to my collection.

Purchased a mattress from here and waited for almost 6 months before writing this review. There was such a huge selection, but in the end, we chose the diamond mattress. I think we paid around £500 and my god, it's worth every penny! It's the best mattress we've ever slept on, so much so that it's sometimes hard to get up in the mornings!! I've previously had a Simba, but this mattress knocks the socks off of them all! The service was great, too, and it's always nice to try and support local businesses where possible - so glad we did! Thank you :)

I highly recommend The Bed House. Wide range of beds , mattress etc. and reasonable prices. Bought bed in 2021 and been happy with my purchase. Only thing I have complain was mattress, something happened to it, I think that was manufacture issue. Called The Bed House , they sort it out quickly and send me new mattress with no problem. Brilliant customer service and happy faces when you walk in the store also delivery service very good. If I need another bed , I will definitely come back to The Bed House.

We have purchased 3 beds from the Bed House in the past 12months and all have been excellent purchases.

From the moment we first walked through the showroom door nothing was too much trouble, and the service can only be described in our experience as 5 star.

By all means go around the other bed retailers first before visiting the Bed House, as you will then appreciate dealing with a local business that knows its stuff, won't confuse you with too many products, and above all really cares about its clients and meeting their needs.

I would like to thank The Bed House(Bridgwater) staff and driver for there courtesy and efficiency in arranging to remove the castors from my recently purchased bed, in order to lower it. I am more than pleased with the bed and would recommend there products to anyone seeking a good nights sleep.

Me and my partner went in, looking for a toddler bed mattress for our little girl.. the staff were so friendly polite and helpful. They were so understanding, when we needed advice or help when we rang up the support we got was so helpful and welcoming. One member of staff in particular stayed in contact to let us know details etc right the way through until our purchase was delivered. The delivery drivers was also very friendly and polite. And was willing to have a chat about our little one etc. Will definitely recommend and be using them in the future.

Absolutely brilliant, staff couldn't do enough to help. Delivery was prompt within a couple days of purchase. We are very happy with the quality of the new bed, would definitely recommend to anyone.

It's bigger than it looks when driving past! Very happy with friendly service and pricing. I prefer to shop from a local family run type business than a big annoymous business like Benson's for beds, even got a mattress from a company in Wellington! Very happy with shopping experience 👍
