Londis & Post Office

Update: Now this shop (including the instore Post Office) deserves the full 5 stars. The current staff line up for the late afternoon and evening provide a great service and also, most a good laugh. Which is so much more appreciated because of the current Covid situation.

Used the Post Office, the staff member was very helpful and the process was very quick. Will go back to use again.

I had a disappointing experience with the lady who was on today's shift at customer service. I felt uncomfortable and disrespected. I hope the company addresses such behavior to provide a more inclusive and respectful environment for customers. She didn't want to give me my parcel because I didn't have my passport, while a few weeks ago, I picked up some parcels and was only asked for my email. She got irritated because I insisted that I really need that parcel for my baby, and she made some racist remarks. She was very lucky that I didn't call the police to report her racist and verbally abusive behavior. I hope no one goes through this again, and I would also like the management of the store to take some measures in connection with her behavior.

I'm very sad because the girl who is in the purple hair post office was prejudiced and xenophobic with my wife. my Wife had difficulties to speak a word in English because we are Brazilians, this employee started laughing at my wife and even my wife talking to her, she did not apologize and continued to laugh, I went there to find her name to report , she didn't want to talk and hid in the back of the store. I will report because I don't believe this is company policy.

Rude staff, the tall guy with dark hair needs much better customer service skills. Shame as the shop other than that is really good.
