Quite empty when I went lots freezers empty after Xmas but normally very good choices

Great frozen and fresh .ambient products in store and responsible price

Great value and fantastic customer service

Although relatively small a very good branch always well stocked with helpful staff.
Feb 2022 Update - Prices seem to be creeping up like everywhere currently however if you are on a budget a good choice for shopping. It can get quite long waits at the till, I get the impression that they may be on a tight staffing budget but they certainly try their best to get you through quickly.
March 2023 update . Shop still very good
Prices are on definitely on the up. Iceland is also reducing pack sizes, usually by weight as a means of keeping unit price the same!

I buy my online shopping here great selection of food!! I can’t thank the delivery people enough I’m pregnant and bless their heart they even carry my bags up the stairs! Without even blinking an eye Thank you so much for your amazing service.

Always good staff on hand to help where needed. Decent stock levels most of the time and online delivery service is good too.

Great value. Quality is as expected... By that I mean its basic.
But hey, you need some frozen chips then this is the go too place.
Just don't get chatting to the intoxicated homeless people as you browse this ice cold gastronomic treasure trove.

Haywards heath shop great value cheaper than when shopping at other supermarkets . Staff very nice and car park ( paid ) right next door.
Wish trolleys were free, always not got the pound coin !

They have a great value food at a bargain price. Will always continue to shop there. You can walk away with more food than other supermarkets at less money. Well done Icelands keep up the good work.

Update. Much improved in recent months, better range and the friendly guy on the check out is a real credit to the company.

7 day deals are well worth a look... 6.5kg Surf washing powder £8 from £12! 40 pouches of dog food for £8! Still amazing value at Iceland!

Friendly staff and lots of deals

What can I say, Iceland is an utterly brilliant place to do your weekly shop. Great value for money, good quality produce and friendly staff (Burgess Hill Branch). Why spend more money in the BIG supermarket chains when you can pretty much get the same brands and quality for much less... It's a no brainer!

Some nice new seafood products, frozen, ready to cook in 10 minutes mussels clams and prawns in a nice tomato sauce. lovely! Never eaten clams before. Not bad at all. Highly recommended...add some fresh tagliatelle to the pan 4 mins before serving.

This is a normal branch of the chain supermarket. When we visited the shelves were well stocked and we bought what we went there for. There was only 1 person on the tills but no queue.

Very clean place with helpful staff. I go there every week to top up on chicken, eggs and veggies (with occasional ice cream wink wink) and the quality of food was excellent.

Great but I wanted ice on Christmas Eve and they had none which I thought was odd.

It is what it is. A wide range of frozen foods and fresh foods. Their pitta breads are some of the best I've ever tried..
