Can’t recommend this place highly enough. These guys are often very busy but they always manage to do a great job. This time they fixed a tyre when they could’ve charged me a lot more for fitting a new one. Great service.

Honest, professional and friendly. I had a slow leak on one of my tyres (expensive run flat I think) they could have so easily sold me a new tyre but thought it was a faulty valve which it turned out to be. A busy garage and I'm not surprised!

Took my Tesla model 3 into Haywards Heath branch of Elites yesterday to see if they could save me having to replace the tyre for a screw in the middle of the tread. It’s only done 16k miles. Was a bit wary with it having the foam inserts in the tyres. However they fixed it successfully, knew about the card and how to drive it so I’m happy. Cost £28 instead of a new tyre, over £200. Yay.

Very efficient handling of tyre puncture. No appointment necessary so I called in and was seen within 30 mins. Tyre appraisal showed new one was required and this was done within 45 mins. Excellent service at Reception and I was on my way - well done.

Good guys, honest and reliable. The facilities are pretty extensive, more than the frontage suggests. Well located next to the station, plenty of parking at the rear. Not the cheapest, not the best but good straightforward no nonsense advise at a fair price. Definitely a recommend from me.

perfect - could easily have had unknowing me for several hundred but no did & charged for only what was needed. No bother all easy as could be with sensible advice by the bucket load. Am a big fan.

As a woman I am always a bit nervous to take my car to a garage as I've had an experience before when I've been over charged.
This garage is absolutely great. I felt comfortable and well informed throughout from dropping the car off to picking it up. I felt they were honest and trustworthy.
I used the garage on recommendation from someone else and will definitely recommend them to anyone in the future.

Bought two new tyres that I wanted fitted to the rear, as one of the rear tyres had a slow puncture. Having looked at the state of the front tyres, I was advised that it would be best to replace the front and Elite would look at the rear tyre issue and see if they could repair it. They did indeed repair the tyre and put the new tyres on the front...making me road legal and saving me money. Thanks

I bought a second hand car and they gave it a service so that I had piece of mind. They discovered a wheel alignment was needed. They couldn't have been more friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them as I asked for the gear knob to be replaced and a reverse camera attached under the number plate. Friendly and efficient service - inspected my tyre, ordered a new one and replaced in less than 3 hours.

Service and MOT done. Very impressed with the efficiency and politeness of the staff. They did the work quickly and advised me what my car will need in the future with no hard sell. Definitely will use again.

Very helpful when I needed a new tyre to replace one that had shredded due to a puncture. I liked the fact that the price quoted was the one paid and that there were not lots of extras added to the final bill. Also, they were accurate with the time required for collection of my car. Staff were friendly. I would consider using this garage again.
