Great spot with good, fast service. Just a little expensive for what the food was but then again, that's quite normal across the board now.

Love this place it’s calm, nicely furnished, spacious and excellent drinks, quality takes time so not always the fastest moving queue but worth waiting for.

First time in cafe Nero. Good coffee, good hot chocolate and a nice selection for a quick mid morning snack/breakfast. Nice atmosphere with a variety of different seat settings. Good size and spaced out from each other.

Would have preferred 'free from' selections but could not instantly find them so just grabbed what I could see.

Always good service, nice food and drink choices and very inviting when I have my dog. Comfy seats. Staff are outstanding!

The staff here are lovely and friendly and make a great cup of coffee. It's a relaxed place, dog friendly too which I like.

Every single member of staff here really bounce off each other giving a friendly, fun and professional atmosphere. These type of staff are what many employees dream of, and really make this cafe stand out in the best way making the cafe so welcoming. The cafe is clean, organised and homely.
After having some recommendations from a member of staff, we end up buying quite a few items, from the tosties, paninis, cake, sausage rolls, hot and cold drinks. Everything is up to the standard of cafe nero. I would say the cake was a little on the drier side compared to a freshly baked cake but was still delicious and would still recommend.
Unlike many cafe neros I find this one the most pleasurable not only with the staff but even decor, as many other neros tend to be a bit crowded, dark and moody... Where this is cozy, spacious and even a bit festive.

Always good coming into one of these whether it is this one or others. Good set of opening hours for early morning outings as well. Fast service if not too busy. Good and near the rest of the town centre and near to other shops.

Superb staff treatment received today Took my grandson who is 2 and was given star treatment by an excellent member of staff Did not know they did baby bambino drinks was offered a takeaway cup even though I was going to drink in Incase I had to leave early as I did not want to spoil other peoples experience whilst they were having a cuppa

My favourite coffee shop by far. Staff are very accommodating and the noise level is not too high (unlike Costa). Lovely selection of cakes and sandwiches also.

Nero coffee is Nero coffee, consistently rich deep flavoured flat white with a hint of bitterness. Small changes during coronavirus all clearly marked, and most people were wearing masks. It was busy inside so I decided to sit outside and watch Haywards Heath folk going about their business, at moments like this you can almost forget there is a global pandemic.

Out of all the large coffee chains I find Nero's flat white the best. Also good range a of cakes and pastries

Spacious café in the centre of Haywards Heath with outside seating too. Good selection of coffee, other drinks and food. Friendly staff and swift service.
