Fone Tech - Haywards Heath

This is the best phone accessory shop in Haywards Heath. From the first time I came to this place, the customer service is amazing. And whatever the problems I have with my phone, I go to them. Phone covers to cables to privacy glass to you name it. Everything in one place. And Norman the man behind the counter is super awesome. Will recommend any day.

Fantastic service!! I went in thinking my handset was faulty and might need to be sent away meaning I lost everything but the guy in there was fantastic. Explained to me what was wrong and fixed the problem there and then. I walked out with a new charger and fully fixed phone. Highly recommend if you have any issues with your phone!

The service was excellent. The member of staff I dealt with was very helpful. I went there for a screen protector, the staff helped me order it and he help to fixed it all for me - with no fuss. Now that's what we call good customer service. Friendly and helpful, He knows what he s doing . Epic good job ! 'Mashallah' !!

Had my S22 Ultra screen replaced in October 2023 excellent service at the time but expensive based on what Samsung charge. Screen stopped working in January 2024 and Fone Tech replaced at no cost. Excellent service!

The guys were great and so friendly. I was having trouble removing the screen protector from my phone and they helped me, free of charge, even though it took ages. Then spent the time to perfectly fit a new one. Definitely recommend for any tech queries, they know their stuff!

Fantastic customer service !!! Went in today after having difficulty with charging my phone for several weeks. They fixed the problem in five minutes, and didn’t charge me !! Knowledgable, honest and genuine service. Will definitely be coming back here in future !

Masood was absolutely amazing! Helped us replace a battery on a Huawei, he was lovely enough to diagnose and repair the phone in less than an hour! Incredible work and customer service! Highly recommend!
