Toolstation Stoke on Trent

Wanted certain type of tap connector, couldn't get one anywhere, went to Toolstation and got one straight away. Man who served us was really helpful, knew his job, took time to help us and was very pleasant. We were very relieved as time was getting on and we needed it urgently thank you.

My husband loves this shop and when we go I stay in the car. He has spent so much money on hand machines and tools but everything he has has come with a smile, a handshake, help to the car and their phone number if we come to get stuck in anyway whilst using the.products.

Best shop if your looking both for quality of the product but also a value. I've recently purchased a house and I'm reviewing it myself, I ordered 90% of my tools and suppliers form them as they always have massive stock (and provide free to store delivery). The staff is very friendly and helpful

Called in today, first time. Needed a quality extension lead. A young lady served me, she saved me wading through the catalogue as I was pushed for daylight. Quick easy efficient service and I got sorted for having a new account opened so I’m happy to go back.

Helpful staff and reasonable prices. There is a free drinks vending machine at this store too! I visited on a busy Sunday afternoon and there was a 15 minute wait to be served, I didn’t mind as all the staff did what they could to reduce the waiting time. Very good service under the circumstances.
