The lady at this shop was very helpful and allowed me to use her phone when my central locking malfunctioned on my minibus. If customers are treated equally as well, I would say it would be a good place to use......Thank you for your help ☺

“Just come in while you’re in area , no problem” they said . We did. “We’ll call you , measure up and take samples” they said .
“Well we can’t come out , we’re busy and we don’t work Saturday this week”
When I start to get anxious and on verge of tears I get shouted at , told to leave and have my hand hurt as she slams the door.
I wouldn’t mind if I’d been rude but all I’d done was ask to be listened to - but was told she didn’t want to listen or try and help and it was our fault for coming in as the guy had told us to.
We’d bought from here previously and service was good . Never again .
