Great bargains. Just wish staff were a little nicer and happier on the tills. Rude and abrupt at times!! Chuck your shopping down the till. I worked for Waitrose for 16 years we would never serve customers this way. A smile and politeness goes a long long way.

Some real decent offers in store as always. Some staff could do with lessons in smiling. (Majority are excellent and very helpful and happy)Sitting at a checkout and being grumpy does not inspire me to go in as they are directly in front of store.

If you regularly walk by Iceland, it's changed, and it's worth a visit. Today's store has a wider variety of price and quality points, with more cuisines represented and a growing range of vegetarian and vegan-friendly options. We always keep one of their salmon risottos in the freezer for days when we want something tasty and don't have time to cook from scratch.

Great service in store today. The lady manager went out her way & helped resolve an issue when the price was incorrect.

Pleasant helpful staff..we always buy our fish to stock our freezer and its amazing the rest of what we see we buy .The fish is very high standard !

Iceland's are getting better. Good is great. Just a shame that stores differ. As Sudbury has a superfoods freezer where as bury St edmunds (bigger town) doesn't have one. Frozen advocado well I never thought you would get them. Got them from Sudbury. Also the deli bread is good. And the Indian priced at £1.59. lovely. Normally some great deals to be had too. All round alot better than the brand used to be

Easy to navigate around food freezers are cleanly marked and decent prices. Staff are always friendly.
