They have a nice sale, and Of course, my hand is like a magnet.
The cashier is lovely and has nice festive earrings.
I love the bear display in the shop.

The staff were very nice, the coffee was good as well. Very nice selection of furniture and I loved the jellycats that were there.

Large Department Store on the Outskirts of Town

It's very easy to get too and has plenty of parking.

The store has a Cafe and has lots and lots of household Furniture Flooring, Lighting Kitchenware etc.

Prices are reasonable and the staff are very friendly.

I went up there late afternoon on a Bank Holiday Monday and the shop wasn't too crowded.

They had some very good offers on Dinning Tables and lots of other items in the store as well.

The store was well laid out and was easy to get round.

I will definitely be coming back here again when I have a bit more time and would be looking to pick up some high quality furniture at a really good price.

We came over to glasswells as we had seen a bedroom range of wardrobes which we liked the look of , the laguna range i liked the look of , and we got served by Paul and he was a lovely person and product knowledge was also very good and left us to have a look round but we decided on that range and helped us get everything we wanted done and so pleased with that and paid deposit etc and got emails etc on delivery so customer service was very good and my hubby and friends helped us put it together and we love it , and we also went shopping down stairs etc to buy a new duvet and pillows also and will be back as we want some other items also, so very pleased

10/10 for customer service to Darren Catterwell 👏 nothing was too much trouble for him today, he spent ages helping me with samples and colours and once I actually made a decision the weight just lifted off me! I felt very grateful to Glasswells and its staff. I mean how great it is to have a shop like that to help you visualise things you need for your home! Rather than looking at catalogs or on line. I will definitely be recommending Glasswells to friends. Thanks all.

Very helpful staff who know all the options available. No pushy sales people. Range is broad of good manufacturer's. Everything for the home. Displayed well.

I am really impressed with my experience of Glasswells. I found a cushion I loved at a really good price. I ordered three, which arrived within a couple of days. The exact same item was considerably more expensive at two other outlets, so I am well pleased.

The store is massive and has a great variety of class furnishings.

Classy store, excellent range of stock and helpful sales assistants.

Easy to order on line, pillows were well packed and arrived in timeframe as promised. They are a great quality and really comfortable.

Always an interesting selection of goods at this store. They price very keenly and the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The Christmas display is out. The cafe is good and it's a very pleasant space.

Went to Glasswells today to buy a mattress, which can be tricky. We were lucky enough to be assisted by Dean, who was friendly, patient and extremely knowledgeable about the millions of mattresses available. With humour and goodwill he guided us to make the right choice. If all the staff at Glasswell’s are as efficient and good as Dean, it’s a fine store indeed.

Thry have a lovely showroom in Bury & a huge warehouse. After visiting the warehouse clearance it pushed me to finally order the furniture we'd been thinking about. It was delivered in time for Christmas & everyone keeps complimenting us on it & the quality. The delivery men were lovely. The showroom staff & warehouse staff were friendly & helpful.
Got some lovely towels from warehouse clearance & wished I'd bought more now.

So easy to leave bad reviews nowadays but praise given when due.
